La prima dopo due mesi ha avuto problemi (quindi in periodo di ampia garanzia) e ho dovuto sollecitare varie volte prima che mesi dopo venissero a verificare per poi smontarla per poi rimontarla tre mesi dopo e pagare cmq l'intervento in quanto l'azienda ha sostenuto che fosse per cattiva manutenzione. Dopo due mesi!!!!!! Ora sei mesi fa ho segnalato che la stessa porta finestra ha problemi e anche un'altra si blocca. Pur avendo telefonato varie volte (la signora che risponde è sempre molto gentile) nessuno è venuto ne mi ha contattato in qualche modo. Insomma totalmente insufficiente e il problema resta. Cosa devo fare andare per avvocato? In merito alla Vs risposta, questa si celere, al mio commento, che sono stato costretto a scrivere dopo mesi di inutile richiesta di assistenza, preciso che non ho mai ricevuto alcuna mail da voi. D'altronde la vostra collaboratrice mi avrebbe detto che mi avevate scritto invece mi assicurava che avrebbe sollecitato l'intervento e che cmq mi avrebbe fatto sapere qualcosa nel giro di pochi giorni. Ho lasciato il mio cell ma non ho avuto alcuna chiamata. Insomma non penso che un cliente che ha pagato tutto nei tempi previsti meriti questo trattamento. Se non ve ne rendete conto......mi sono sentito preso in giro, per usare termini educati. Poi uno smonta e tocca qualcosa e poi magari dite che ha procurato un danno. Ora dovrò farlo x forza perché le zanzariere così sono inutilizzabili..... Non avevo mai avuto un trattamento del genere da nessuna azienda I can confirm that the assistance is absolutely lacking. Esperienza a dir poco disastrosa anche dal punto di vista umano in quanto ci siamo fidati di promesse credendo che la parola avesse ancora un valore, ovviamente purtroppo siamo stati troppo ingenui e fiduciosi nelle persone che evidentemente hanno valori diversi dai nostri. Sconsiglio vivamente. La vostra risposta è ridicola abbiamo dovuto sollecitare la consegna più volte email lo comprovano appuntamenti a buca facendoci sprecare giorni di ferie. La porta non assomiglia minimamente a quella richiesta per il pagamento ci siamo presi le stesse tempistiche vostre ed è già tanto che paghiamo vista la vostra mancanza di correttezza. Abbiamo versato un acconto montaggio avvenuto dopo 4 mesi non rispondevate al telefono le email erano anonime senza firme segno di professionalità? Avessi letto prima le vostre recensioni mi sarei indirizzata sicuramente presso un'altra ditta altre persone a quanto pare si lamentano di voi e del fatto che neanche rispondete al telefono. Nel vostro showroom fate vedere mari e monti e poi al momento del montaggio dite che noi non avevamo capito giocate sul doppio gioco con persone profane del settore anche questo sintomo di grande professionalità. Devo dire che i tempi di consegna, rispetto a quelli pattuiti in fase di contratto, sono stati piuttosto lunghi, ma il risultato è stato ottimo e ad un prezzo molto buono. Gli installatori ed il sig. Garrone sono stati tutti molto gentili e se la sono sbrigata nonostante i piccoli intoppi dovuti credo al tipo particolare di prodotto. Soddisfatta. (Abbiamo un altro ordine in corso ed attendiamo l'installazione di finestre e persiane anche nella casa di mio padre.) Hanno mantenuto il preventivo e i tempi indicati; le persiane sono di qualita' e il montaggio e' stato eseguito a regola d'arte. Inoltre, poiché avevo chiesto lo sconto in fattura, non ha maggiorato il totale come invece è capitato con altri artigiani... Il lavoro (18 finestre in PVC e 4 persiane in alluminio) è stato coerente con quanto preventivato. Decisamente ottimi serramenti. Il tempo di esecuzione è stato un po' lungo, tuttavia è comprensibile considerando che, grazie agli econonus, tanti ne hanno approfittato. Il montaggio è stato preciso ed accurato.
