★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bucato al venerdì sera alle 18,00 .......dopo aver chiamato un primo gommista che in poche parole mi ha risposto " arrangiati troppo tardi ", chiamo Pneus Service, la ragazza gentilissima mi conferma che ci aspetta , e che in qualche modo riuscira' a farci tornare a casa . (Da Mestre ci vogliono quasi due ore ) .
In officina troviamo un ragazzo( Marco) che praticamente ci aspetta già con la chiave dinamometrica in mano , a mo' di pit stop smonta e rimonta in pochissimo tempo . Professionalità , competenza , onestà, e gentilezza sono il DNA di questa azienda , stra consigliato .Al mondo per fortuna , esistono ancora queste realtà. Bravissimi.
Laundry on Friday evening at 18.00 ....... after calling a first tire dealer who in a nutshell replied "arranged too late", I call Pneus Service, the very kind girl confirms that she is waiting for us, and that in somehow he'll get us back home. (From Mestre it takes almost two hours).
In the workshop we find a boy (Marco) who is practically waiting for us already with the torque wrench in his hand, as a pit stop he disassembles and reassembles in no time. Professionalism, competence, honesty, and kindness are the DNA of this company, highly recommended. Fortunately, these realities still exist in the world. Very good.
