★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata qui per un montaggio delle gomme e devo dire che oltre ad avere un prezzo onesto (35€ per la mia Ypsilon) sono anche ben organizzati. Ho apprezzato molto la cordialità della signora che si occupa della cassa. Consiglio vivamente perché ha superato le mie aspettative!
 I was here for a tire fitting and I must say that in addition to having a fair price (€ 35 for my Ypsilon) they are also well organized. I really appreciated the friendliness of the lady who takes care of the cashier. Highly recommend as it exceeded my expectations!

Mi sono servito sempre da Claudio (il proprietario, anche se non economico) ho acquistato alcuni treni di gomme, fatto vari cambi stagionali nonché inversioni anteriori e posteriori. Ho avuto bisogno di un consulto riguardo l’acquisto dì un treno dì gomme e nonostante ho fornito tutti i dati che servivano e aver ricevuto dapprima una risposta (molto superficiale) iniziale è sparito nel nulla. Evidentemente non ha bisogno di lavorare o ne ha troppo, bastava dirlo e non perdevo tempo. Sicuramente me ne guarderò bene di rimettere piedi nella sua officina e ovviamente non la consiglierò più a nessuno dei miei contatti.

I needed a consultation regarding the purchase of a set of tires and despite having provided all the data they needed and having first received an initial (very superficial) response, it disappeared into thin air. Obviously he doesn't need to work or he has too much of it, it was enough to say it and I didn't waste time. I will certainly be careful not to set foot in your workshop again and obviously I will no longer recommend it to any of my contacts.

Mi sono recato all’appuntamento concordato e mi hanno detto che le gomme non erano state ordinate.
Ordino le stagionali, ritorno e mi accorgo di aver ricevuto un treno di invernali destinate ad un altro cliente.
Torno una terza volta per restituirle e fisso un ulteriore appuntamento.
Torno una quarta e finalmente ricevo ciò che avevo ordinato.
Non è tanto l’errore commesso, quanto il fatto di non riuscire ad ammettere di aver sbagliato.
Quello che mi sono sentito dire è stato prima “non ci siamo capiti” e dopo “purtroppo il periodo natalizio è così”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortesia, disponibilità, professionalità. Ho ordinato le gomme il mattino, lasciando le ruote, e nel pomeriggio sono tornato a montare il treno di gomme estive nuove. Il prezzo ok. Unico neo è che in fase di ordine mi era stato garantito che che sarebbero state fresche (con DOT di fabbricazione recente), di qualche mese. Invece sono arrivate con DOT 4519 (vecchie di due anni e mezzo). Rimasta stupita anche la titolare della mancata segnalazione da parte del fornitore, mi ha fatto uno sconto del 10% circa.
Courtesy, availability, professionalism. I ordered the tires in the morning, leaving the wheels, and in the afternoon I went back to mounting the set of new summer tires. The price ok. The only drawback is that when ordering I was guaranteed that they would be fresh (with recently made DOT), for a few months. Instead they came with DOT 4519 (two and a half years old). The owner of the supplier's failure to report was also amazed, she gave me a discount of about 10%.
