In my first order I purchased lighting kit which turned out to be nonfunctional (btw, they sell chinese trash which you can buy much cheaper at alibaba or wish). Finally, after many emails they generously offered me a voucher. Regretfully, I gave them a second chance and this time they send me a broken plexiglass sheets. When contacted them with pictures showing damaged products they started to claim it is shipping company fault and since my package was not insured I can forget about any reimbursement. Each following mail more and more arrogant. Overall, I feel like duped into buying defective products and shafted. AVOID! UPDATE after Plexishop reply Additionally it turned out Plexishop Customer Service cheats in reply to my comment. I wasn't offered any solution when I sent complaint letter to your Customer Service. Only reply was that i didn't buy additional shipment insurance, hence no complaint can be considered. First of all, proper shipment is sender's responsibility. Why should I pay for appropriate package protection?! Furthermore, I complained about faulty product. Shipment had nothing to do in this situation thus your argument about missing shipment insurance was ridiculous. And last but not least, saying "we decided to meet you by taking half of the expense" - is simply a lie. I can only repeat my conclusion that everyone should avoid your service
