β β β β β Dopo una partita cercavamo un ristorante dove mangiare una pizza veloce e ci hanno consigliato questa location. Appena entrati ci siamo un po' preoccupati per l'eleganza, invece i camerieri ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Il servizio Γ¨ stato veloce con pizze buone e una birra chiara notevole. Inoltre il fatto di averci fatto mettere a sedere quasi a mezzanotte fa dei camerieri e dei cuochi degli eroi. Ottimo il prezzo.
 After a game we were looking for a restaurant where we could have a quick pizza and they recommended this location. As we entered, we were a bit worried about elegance, but the waiters made us feel immediately at ease. The service was quick with good pizzas and a remarkable light beer. Moreover the fact of having made us sit down almost at midnight makes of waiters and cooks of heroes. Great price.

Ma voglio riservare un commento speciale alla fiorentina, spettacolare, morbissima e gustosissima! Il tutto servito in un locale molto carino e con personale estremamente professionale, sorridente e cortese.
Se passate da queste parti un passaggio al Toscano Doc Γ¨ consigliatissimo!!!
Doc restaurant in Montecatini Terme, excellent food in general, homemade desserts.
But I want to reserve a special comment to the Florentine, spectacular, very soft and very tasty! All served in a very nice restaurant with extremely professional, smiling and courteous staff.
If you pass by in this area a passage to the Toscano Doc is highly recommended !!!

β β β β β Ambiente decisamente bello e caratteristico. Si mangia bene, i piatti sono sostanziosi di quantita', qualita' e anche impiattamento. Infinita scelta di vini con un personale giovane ma ben selezionato. Attenzione, i piatti un po' "pesanti" qui lo sono davvero! Prezzo sopra la media ma corretto.
Definitely beautiful and characteristic environment. You eat well, the dishes are substantial in quantity, quality and even in the dish. Endless choice of wines with a young but well-selected staff. Be careful, the dishes that are a little "heavy" here really are! Price above average but correct.

β β β β β It's a very elegant looking restaurant but my mum, dad and I thought the waiter was joking when he informed my dad that sand in the clams was an indication of the freshness. Come on, I'm open-minded towards different cultures and cuisines but that's just laziness on behalf of the chef. Unfortunately it makes you scrutinise everything else a bit more... beards on mussles are not ok, nor are prawns that have not been deveined. I don't want to be critical but when you pay for seafood in a restaurant part of what you're paying for is the lengthy cleaning process. We eat a lot of seafood in Australia and I have never, ever been to a restaurant where the chef thinks it's acceptable to leave beards on mussles, veins in prawns and sand in molluscs. On a positive note, the service and coffee was excellent.
