Se adesso servo te mi devi pagare un extra per il servizio sennò fallo da solo... Ma scherziamo un negozio di telefonia e mi rispondono così... È una persona schietta e io apprezzo le persone così piuttosto che quelle che ti sorridono in faccia e ti accoltellano poi di dietro, e lo dico da ex collega che ha lavorato in un'attività commerciale a contatto con il pubblico per tanto tempo. L'importante è essere chiari e onesti con il cliente aiutandolo in quello che gli serve senza diventarne per forza lo schiavetto. Ottimo centro di telefonia. Se c è un qualcosa che Laura e L altro uomo ( di cui purtroppo non so il nome ) abbondano è trasparenza, professionalità ed integrità. Servizio fantastico, disponibili anche ad aiutarti dopo L attivazione in quelle piccole cose dove la maggior parte delle persone inizierebbe a snobbarti. Aggiungi a tutto ciò un pizzico di simpatia e si può dire di avere un negozio di assistenza telefonica di fiducia in cui andare quando ne si ha bisogno. I don't know about you, but the biggest problem I have with phone companies is transparency. If there is one thing that Laura and The Other Man (whose name unfortunately I don't know) abound is transparency, professionalism and integrity.
