★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 58 euros tax refund. But they say if I want cash they have just dolar. I say yes but for 58 euros they give 55 dolars. Workers are respectful and good but company policy is very bad.

First they aren’t not helpful at all
The tax return company closed
And the customs ( I guess ) was the one there
And she said you fill up your card information.
I don’t even have a pen, I guess it is my fault don’t have a pen with me. So I ask her if I can have a pen
She said no no pen , because she is customs?

You don’t use pen ? I mean you work here at least you could have a PEN or you could tell me where to get a pen.
Just trying to be hard on tourist.
If you can do tax return do it before you check in .
I don’t care the $60 or something return. Use my money hire someone actually friendly.
