★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle peggiori agenzie. Non la banca ma proprio l'agenzia. 3 dipendenti gestiti da un direttore che si sente un Don Chisciotte. Banca chiusa il pomeriggio. Personale approssimativo soprattutto la cassiera che si rende ostile alla clientela. Forse una disputa tra lei e la banca di conseguenza lavora di malavoglia. Non consiglio a nessuno di aprire un conto presso questa Agenzia.
One of the worst agencies. Not the bank but the agency itself. 3 employees managed by a director who feels like a Don Quixote. Bank closed in the afternoon. Rough staff especially the cashier who is hostile to customers. Perhaps a dispute between you and the bank as a result works reluctantly. I do not recommend anyone to open an account with this agency.

Ho chiesto il calcolo di estinzione di un mutuo con 20 giorni di anticipo rispetto al rogito anziché 10 , come da loro stessi consigliato, e pretendevano di darmi appuntamento dopo la data del rogito stesso per assenza di perdonale qualificato . In seguito ho avuto lo stesso problema per chiudere il conto, mi sono dovuta recare tre volte in agenzia e nonostante mi abbiano fatto lasciare nome e telefono nessuno mi ha ricontattata.
Lack of availability and job knowledge. I asked for the calculation of the extinction of a mortgage 20 days in advance of the deed rather than 10, as advised by them, and they expected to give me an appointment after the date of the deed for the absence of qualified pardon. Later I had the same problem to close the account, I had to go to the agency three times and despite having made me leave my name and phone nobody contacted me.

Entrato in banca per versare un assegno non c'erano clienti in attesa ho aspettato 10 minuti prima che una impiegata si accorgesse della mia presenza.
Alla mia richiesta di versare sul mio conto l'assegno mi riferiva che non era possibile farlo dallo sportello ma solo tramite il bancomat.
Asssurdo vorrei sapere a cosa servite?

When I entered the bank to pay a check, there were no clients waiting, I waited 10 minutes before a clerk noticed my presence.
At my request to pay into my account the check told me that it was not possible to do it from the counter but only through the ATM.

Purtroppo in zona Infernetto è l'unica filiale, ogni volta che devo andarci mi domando prima se mai riuscirò a fare un banale prelievo o se sarà aperta visto che restano chiusi anche per i vari ponti. Voto: scarso
Bad service, unfriendly staff, almost always non-working ATM. Over the years the service has gotten worse and worse. Unfortunately in the Infernetto area it is the only branch, every time I have to go there I ask myself first if I will ever be able to make a trivial withdrawal or if it will be open since they are also closed for the various bridges. Rating: poor
