★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order on October 7th and withdrew from the order on October 8th using the Contact form on the Website. Sadly my email was not processed and I received a shipping notification on Oct 13. I received the order quite quickly which I have to give Planet Sport credit for (1 Star). I received the package on October 16 and sent it right back the same day. It was delivered on October 21 (4 Weeks ago) and I have yet to receive my refund. No Status updates nor Informations unless upon request and I had to pay shipping costs twice. Of course I'm agitated. This could've all been avoided if they would've processed my withdrawal email right away or if there was a button on the website which which you can add any changes to your order.
If they're not local to you and you're ordering from outside of Italy, I advise you go the extra mile, go to your local shop and pay a bit more than have the trouble of double shipping costs and lack of communication.
