★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è un po' piccolo ma il personale molto disponibile. I prezzi sono buoni ma risultano comunque un po' alti, mi sono sempre trovata bene nei negozi Planet quindi li consiglio
The shop is a bit small but the staff very helpful. The prices are good but they are still a bit high, I have always found myself well in Planet stores so I recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in data 01/06/2016 ho acquistato un paio di scarpe da bambino, reindirizzato su questo negozio da Trovaprezzi, ho pagato immediatamente con bonifico così come da istruzioni ricevute via mail appena dopo l'acquisto, ho inviato i dettagli del pagamento così come da istruzioni, sono passati 22 giorni e non ho ricevuto né le scarpe, né una qualche comunicazione da parte del negozio.
Ho inviato 2 mail al servizio assistenza clienti e anche qui non ho ricevuto risposta. Ai contatti telefonici indicati sul sito, sia fisso che mobile, non risponde mai nessuno quindi per me, fino ad oggi, è stata una truffa.
Sconsiglio vivamente gli acquisti online da questo negozio, rischiate come me di perdere i soldi.
AGGIORNAMENTO: per puro caso nella tarda mattinata del 23/06/2016 navigando, mi sono imbattuto in un sito dal quale si possono contattare le aziende in esso recensite (tipo Pagine Gialle). Ho mandato una mail dalla quale è scaturita una risposta automatica che mi indicava un indirizzo mail alternativo del negozio a cui inviare le comunicazioni.
Ho utilizzato questo indirizzo mail e finalmente ho ricevuto notizie riguardo il mio ordine.
A distanza di 23 giorni però, purtroppo il prodotto scelto non è più disponibile ma gli addetti mi hanno assicurato che procederanno al rimborso della somma pagata.
Se non fossi stato "fortunato" a trovare questa strada alternativa, probabilmente non avrei recuperato i soldi. La giustificazione è stata che il sito è in manutenzione però, se qualcuno prova ad effettuare acquisti online, funziona benissimo...
on 01/06/2016 I purchased a pair of baby shoes, redirected to this shop by Trovaprezzi, I paid immediately by bank transfer as per instructions received by email as soon as I bought, I sent the payment details as per instructions, 22 days have passed and I have received neither shoes nor any communication from the store.
I have sent 2 emails to the customer assistance service and I have not received a reply. To the telephone contacts indicated on the site, both fixed and mobile, no one ever answers, so for me, until now, it has been a scam.
I strongly advise against buying online from this store, you risk like me losing money.
UPDATE: by pure chance in the late morning of 06/23/2016 browsing, I came across a site from which you can contact the companies reviewed in it (like Yellow Pages). I sent an e-mail from which an automatic reply resulted, indicating an alternative e-mail address for the store to which communications were sent.
I used this email address and finally received news about my order.
However, after 23 days, unfortunately, the chosen product is no longer available, but the employees assured me that they will reimburse the amount paid.
If I hadn't been "lucky" to find this alternative route, I probably wouldn't have recovered the money. The justification was that the site is under maintenance however, if someone tries to make purchases online, it works very well ...

The prices are cheap, the staff young and friendly. But the boss is disrespectful and rude. Be sure of the purchase, if it is not going to cost you a hard time.
