Like every time I go back, excellent pasticciotti and great willingness to prepare them at the moment in case there are none available. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

Personale che cambia ogni 3 mesi, non va bene.
Prezzi altamente sopra la media: puoi avere il bar più bello del mondo ma non puoi far pagare 3 euro un amaro o un prosecco. Nessun bar a galatone se li paga tanto! I prezzi sono allineati a quelli di Nardò, non a quelli di Galatone, non va bene.
Poca scelta di stuzzicheria per gli aperitivi e rosticceria in genere, non va bene.
Buoni i gelati e la pasticceria, va bene.
Asphyxiating heat in the windows, no good: in summer it could be air-conditioned.
Staff that changes every 3 months is not good.
Highly above average prices: you can have the best bar in the world but you can't pay 3 euro for a bitter or a prosecco. No bar in Galatone if you pay that much! The prices are in line with those of Nardò, not those of Galatone, it's not good.
Little choice of appetizers for aperitifs and rotisserie in general, is not good.
Good ice cream and pastry, that's fine.
