Mi capita di assaggiare i vari prodotti e devo dire che quelli di questa pasticceria sono i migliori. Genuinità e qualità. Nn mi cambia niente oggi scrivere questa recensione... Il listino non esiste! Le cameriere non hanno nulla per prendere un ordine...devi alzarti andare a scegliere i gusti che nn sono nemmeno tutti esposti. Presentazione zero! Il pasticciotto era buono, anche se freddo nonostante stesse in una vetrina per pezzi caldi… Giusto far trovare il Rustico già alle 10 di mattina sia perché è una cosa tipica e sia perché è un’alternativa salata per chi non volesse una pasta dolce. Passiamo alle note dolenti… il mio consiglio spassionato in posti del genere, con una forte mole di lavoro ed un’ottima qualità del prodotto, è che bisogna avere una persona UNICAMENTE alla cassa (non che fa scontrini, prende prenotazioni di torte e serve pezzi caldi!) due al banco e una che faccia solo servizio al tavolo SE decidete di offrire il servizio al tavolo; essendo il loro locale con sala interna ed esterna all’occorrenza servirebbero anche 2 persone per il servizio al tavolo..! Sfruttate il potenziale del vostro locale perché è davvero alto!!!!!! Definitely a pastry bar worthy of note both for the wide choice and for the quality of the products.
