Ho mangiato benissimo, eravamo in 5 (mia moglie ed i miei 3 figli) e siamo stati benissimo. Pizza non troppo sottile ma neanche troppo alta. L'impasto era soffice e croccante al tempo stesso. Servizio rapido e personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzi onesti. Excellent pizzeria, small indoor and outdoor rooms. It feels like being with family. I ate very well, there were 5 of us (my wife and my 3 children) and we had a great time. Pizza not too thin but not too high either. The dough was soft and crunchy at the same time. Quick service and friendly, helpful staff. Honest prices.

A Sulmona il 90% delle pizzerie fa delle "pizze" (il virgolettato è d'obbligo) che, come diciamo a Napoli "Ci vorrebbero gli schiaffoni andata e ritorno". Pizzeria Vesuvio fa una pizza che, non esagero, è la migliore di Sulmona e probabilmente dell'intera valle peligna, se non dell'intero Abruzzo. Io sono abituato alla pizza del centro storico Napoletano, dove praticamente è nata. Questa pizzeria non ha nulla da invidiare alle nostre, anzi, a mio avviso è superiore ad alcune che ci sono qui a Napoli. Consiglio caldamente a tutti di provare la loro pizza, davvero una gioia per il palato. E c'è di più! Per me che sono intollerante al lattosio c'è anche l'alternativa senza lattosio, per non parlare della farina per celiaci. Che dire, a dir poco perfetti! In Sulmona 90% of the pizzerias make "pizzas" (the quotation mark is a must) which, as we say in Naples, "We would like to slap back and forth". Pizzeria Vesuvio makes a pizza that, I am not exaggerating, is the best in Sulmona and probably in the entire Peligna valley, if not in the whole of Abruzzo. I am used to the pizza of the historic Neapolitan center, where it was practically born. This pizzeria has nothing to envy to ours, indeed, in my opinion it is superior to some that are here in Naples. I highly recommend everyone to try their pizza, a real treat for the palate. And there is more! For me, who are lactose intolerant, there is also the lactose-free alternative, not to mention flour for celiacs. What can I say, perfect to say the least!

Ho assaggiato sia la pizza mozzarella di bufala, che quella provola e speck ed erano ottime. Il personale é molto cortese, il locale semplice ed ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Assolutamente da provare. Typical Neapolitan pizza, tasty and not heavy. Excellent quality products and good oil. I tasted both the buffalo mozzarella pizza and the provolone and speck pizza and they were excellent. The staff is very courteous, the place simple and the quality / price ratio is excellent. Absolutely to try.
