★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentre assaporavo la, ammetto gustosa fetta di pizza, mi sono imbattutta in uno sgradevole e ripugnante incidente. Verso la crosta ho avuto il dispiacere di intravedere un peletto nero presumibilmente un capello dello chef incastrato tra i vari ingredienti da me gustati nel friabile impasto. Prima d'ora mai successo in questo posto ma il mio povero stomaco si è contorto a tale vista, non auguro a nessuno questo trattamento quindi ispezionate bene il vostro trancio prima di portarlo alla bocca altrimenti potrebbe accadere qualcosa di veramente inaspettato. Che dire, sicuramente per il pomodoro non hanno usato dei pelati.
While savoring the, I admit tasty slice of pizza, I came across an unpleasant and repulsive incident. Towards the crust I had the displeasure of catching a glimpse of a black hair, presumably a chef's hair stuck between the various ingredients I enjoyed in the crumbly mixture. Never before happened in this place but my poor stomach has twisted to such a sight, I do not wish anyone this treatment so inspect your slice well before taking it to the mouth otherwise something really unexpected could happen. What to say, they certainly didn't use peeled tomatoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' una pizza differente dalle abitudini locali, leggermente più alta e più consistente nel suo impasto. Deve essere assaggiata, il gusto può essere molto soggettivo, personalmente l'ho apprezzata nella sua diversità. All'ora di pranzo ho riscontrato un'ampia possibilità di scelta, i pezzi serviti sono generosi in rapporto ad un prezzo finale piuttosto conveniente. Locale piccolo ma con possibilità di sedersi, anche all'esterno. Consigliato come alternativa alla solita pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io essendo nativo di Pontedera ho visto passare diversi titolari della pizzeria che negli anni si è aggiornata e rimodernata,ma l'importante che la pizza a taglio è sempre la stessa come forma e sapore, la più gettonata è preferita da me è la classica ripiena, buona anche quella ai funghi in porzioni rettangolari e come suono buoni i nuovi gusti nelle forme triangolari. Io quando sono a Pontedera mi ci fermo ancora.
