★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pizza. Delicious cheese and cured meat slices are placed on top right before serving, so they do not melt away. There are several beer options, among them legendary Almond22.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegant nature of the spot is not accompanied by behaviour of staff. Didn't feel good there, pizza itself was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylish pizza place with an impressive wood oven that churns out Neapolitan pizza’s of the highest quality.
These pizze are both creative and use some of the best dough I’ve tasted. We went for two bianchi white ones for a change.
One with subtle and sweet yellow cherry tomatoes, and the other with wood oven grilled zucchini and mint. Highlight on both was their signature basil pesto (without garlic). Delicious and very interesting. Great fior di latte as well.
They have a nice terrace. We had dinner inside and the atmosphere there is very calming and soothing. Piano music, subtle crystal table lighting which makes your pizza look even more beautiful, and a big wood oven fire burning in the background.
On top of that they had one of the most amazing red wines (local, from Martina Franca) which we are now on the lookout for.
Grazie mille to the very friendly people for an excellent evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favourite pizza place in Puglia. They’re always booked out so you have to call to get a table at least 2-3 days in advance. It’s worth it though.
It’s just one pizza maestro at the helm (highly trained - you can see all his accreditations on the wall) who has to look after a lot of tables as well as takeaway orders. The staff are understandably run off their feet, so if you turn up without a booking don’t be surprised if they’re exasperated and stressed out, and can’t always find a table for you. Give them a break and be nice!
When you are seated, they’re friendly, attentive and helpful. They even start conversation and crack a joke sometimes :) the pizza is just excellent - they’ve got some of the classics plus some unique inventions and adaptations. There’s also a really interesting drinks selection - it’s a limited list but good quality, with local craft beers, and lovely wines. Thanks again to the great staff and the pizza maestro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing pizzas with interesting combination of ingredients, made in a wood oven. I particularly loved the sweet taste of the yellow pomodori tomatoes on my pizza! I also loved the local red wine they serve (see picture).
The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely: they have some tables on a terrace outside and cosy tables inside, where they play classy music. The staff was really friendly too.
Our experience here was so positive we might even go back later this week..
[Edit:] We did go back - they were definitely the best pizzas we've had!
