β β β β β Un locale a conduzione familiare modesto che punta tutto sulla buona cucina "casalinga". Se cercate quest'ultima Γ¨ il posto che fa per voi! I prezzi sono giusti, per spendere dovete prendere la Fiorentina, rigorosamente al sangue (la cottura non viene chiesta). Impossibile non distinguere il proprietario "Baffo", che vi servirΓ con gentilezza. Porzioni abbondanti. Nel 2010 il locale ha ospitato il Team Honda con Dani Pedrosa e Andrea Dovizioso per una doppietta al Mugello, sono ancora appese le foto e molte altre con altrettanti campioni.
 A modest family-run restaurant that focuses on good home cooking. If you are looking for the latter this is the place for you! The prices are fair, to spend you have to take the Fiorentina, strictly rare (cooking is not requested). Impossible not to distinguish the owner "Baffo", who will serve you with kindness. Large portions. In 2010 the venue hosted the Honda Team with Dani Pedrosa and Andrea Dovizioso for a double at Mugello, photos are still hanging and many others with as many champions.

β β β β β Solitamente andiamo all'ora di pranzo e loro sono sempre disponibili a fare qualsiasi piatto. Oggi abbiamo mangiato una pasta e fagioli alla "calabrese", visto che il cuoco Γ¨ Cosentino, molto saporita e con un pizzico di peperoncino. Poi un roastbeef molto tenero. La pizza al salame piccante e peperoncino Γ¨ strepitosa. Da provare i dolci fatti dalla moglie del Baffo (nella foto il gelato fritto). Prezzi nella norma, locale semplice e loro sempre gentili e disponibili. La squisitezza dei titolari Γ¨ ormai rara di questi tempi.
Usually we go at lunchtime and they are always available to make any dish. Today we ate a pasta and beans "Calabrese", since the chef is Cosentino, very tasty and with a pinch of chili. Then a very tender roast beef. The spicy salami and pepperoni pizza is amazing. Try the desserts made by Baffo's wife (in the photo the fried ice cream). Prices in the standard, simple place and they are always kind and helpful. The delicacy of the owners is now rare these days.

β β β β β The owners of this restaurant are definitely passionate for Moto GP racing. This can be easily seen by the great amount of rare historic pictures on the walls showing famous riders, managers and engineers involved into this kind of sport, who visited themselves the restaurant during the past years.
I was eating a delicious Calzone when I was amazed to see some actual mechanics from Petronas and other MotoGP teams entering the restaurant and sitting comfortably at the tables, greeted by the hosts in a very friendly manner. After all, the Mugello moto races have just finished a few hours ago⦠so no surprise here.
The atmosphere was great, the food was excellent and the personnel so amiableβ¦! Great value for money too!
