★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo clienti dal 2019 e dopo aver girato altre trattorie/ristoranti, posso dire che bonaugo è un'ottima trattoria con dei piatti favolosi tipici toscani, in particolare i tortelli mugellani, i coccoli prosciutto e stracchino ed infine il mitico tiramisù. Personale cortese e molto attento al cliente.
 We have been customers since 2019 and after having toured other trattorias / restaurants, I can say that bonaugo is an excellent trattoria with fabulous typical Tuscan dishes, in particular the Mugello tortelli, the coccoli prosciutto and stracchino and finally the legendary tiramisu. Courteous and very customer-focused staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We missed our stop at Pratolino and ended up in San Piero. We waited for the bus back and stopped in at Bonaugo. Lucky we did. I have only had spaghetti carbonara a handful of times, but this was defintely the best I ever had. It was well crafted and you could see the egg done right. My wife got the gnocchi pesto, also excellent. I highly recommend this place if you happen upon these parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind and attentive people, they speak English too. Good dishes, i would say pizza sauce would be improved with more salt and the dough too - somehow pizza sough wasn’t as tasty. Overall lovely place and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for pizza, friendly staff. It is quite frills so price tag of about €8 for a pizza is a little high but the food was decent. If you go for the pasta as a main, make sure you clarify that you want it as a primi not a secondi otherwise it will be a huge portion (and abiut €16!!). If you're doing the via degli dei and stuck for food options (it was Easter Monday!) you can ask for a pizza/calzone to take away and they will wrap it up for you so you can have an indulgent packed lunch on the trail the next day!
