★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First dislike: it is not prohibited to make reservations for a Saturday night. Which is a common normality in Italy.
Second dislike: you are not allowed to be seated until ALL parties have arrived (so you risk losing a table and having to wait extra time).
Third dislike: It took them more than 3 hours for our pizza to arrive after asking multiple times when is the arrival. Their excuse...you guys ordered appetizers.
