Location carina, ottimo menù proposto, tradizione e innovazione fuse in un connubio encomiabile. Finalmente un ristorante diverso dalla massa, bravi e soprattutto tutti giovanissimi dallo chef ai camerieri, 10! Excellent, terrifying tagliolini with truffles ... Very tender octopus, one sweets better than the other. Nice location, excellent menu proposed, tradition and innovation fused in a commendable combination. Finally a restaurant different from the crowd, good and above all all very young from the chef to the waiters, 10!

Scrivo mente attendiamo il dolce che, a questo punto, sono certa non deluderà ns aspettative. Ottimo tutto, anche il servizio. Superlativo il tagliolino al tartufo. Complimenti allo chef che, tra l'altro, prepara personalmente il tagliolino fresco! We are having lunch in this unpretentious but very clean and very tidy little place. I am writing while we await the dessert which, at this point, I am sure will not disappoint our expectations. Excellent everything, even the service. The tagliolino with truffles is superlative. Congratulations to the chef who, among other things, personally prepares the fresh tagliolino!

Quando il prezzo di un primo dal costo materiale di pochi euro raggiunge 18-20€ , dovresti trovarti in una location tipo castello o grotta. Non è giustificato un menù da 75 euro pasto completo in un piano terra di un condominio. Cibo buono e singolare ma prezzo esageratamente spropositato. Una bottiglia di vino da supermercato ( per quanto mi riguarda se c'è il codice a barre sull'etichetta posteriore è da supermercato) di 6 euro non può triplicare il prezzo a tavola. Personalmente ho avvertito un pizzico di "esaltazione" probabilmente dovuto al "padrone" in cucina. Bravo in cucina, ma ...... Il cliente è in sala e sentire gli "odori" della sala può essere fondamentale per un'azienda di ristorazione. Sempre per personale considerazione. 3-star chef, 5-star account. V	Venya Carmi alti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sgarbo e scortesia sono i principali ingredienti di questo locale. Abbiamo ordinato due pizze, una bassa una napoletana (abbiamo optato per questa scelta perché da menù si poteva scegliere l'impasto). Sono arrivate 4 minuti dopo l'ordinazione, tutte e due basse (nella foto si vede una delle due pizze, una pizza da 13€ ). Non abbiamo mangiato le pizze, perché l'impasto non ci ha convinto. Il titolare ci ha RIPETUTAMENTE E VOLUTAMENTE ignorati (al tavolo appena a fianco si era fermato a chiedere come fosse andata, forse perché avevano speso più di noi...?). Ci siamo più volte girati per chiamarlo ma non ci ha neanche guardati, e nell'intero locale c'eravamo solo noi ed un altro tavolo da 2. Il titolare ha guardato al nostro tavolo, vedendo che le pizze erano state lasciate non si è neanche preoccupato di chiedere come mai e se poteva far qualcosa. Quando siamo andati in cassa per pagare il conto, davanti a noi ha chiesto al cameriere di sparecchiare il nostro tavolo, ci ha freddamente dato il conto e ciao. Fine della serata con un forte mal di stomaco. Rudeness and rudeness are the main ingredients of this place. The owner looked at our table, seeing that the pizzas had been left, he didn't even bother to ask why and if he could do something. When we went to the cashier to pay the bill, in front of us he asked the waiter to clear our table, coldly gave us the bill and bye. End of the evening with a severe stomach ache.
S	Sara Bari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante nuovo, appena fuori il centro storico di Monopoli con parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità. Abbiamo mangiato raviolo fritto con ripieno di melanzane e provola, un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, un rib-eye di manzo e un calamaro arrosto accompagnati da un ottimo negroamaro rosato Zìnzula che ci è stato consigliato dal personale. Infine, due delizie: una mousse di arachidi e cioccolato e una mousse di pesche su coulis di fragole e crumble. Tutto splendidamente impiattato e di ottima qualità. Sicuramente ci torneremo ? New restaurant just outside the historic center of Monopoli with free parking nearby. We were greeted with kindness and professionalism. We ate fried ravioli with aubergine and provola filling, a platter of cured meats and cheeses, a beef rib-eye and a roasted squid accompanied by an excellent Zìnzula rosé negroamaro which was recommended to us by the staff. Finally, two delights: a peanut and chocolate mousse and a peach mousse on a strawberry and crumble coulis. All beautifully served and of excellent quality. We will definitely be back ?
