Ieri sera ho ordinato 2 pizze per le 20:15 alle 20:45 ho chiamato la pizzeria per avere informazioni mi è stato riferito che le pizze erano appena uscite e stavano arrivando. Alle 21:05 nessuna pizza, ho richiamato la ragazza mi ha risposto (Le faccio sapere a che punto stanno le pizze) a quel punto ho risposto alla ragazza (Che se fossero arrivate le avrei rimandate indietro, preciso no per l'attesa, visto che era sabato e può capitare un ritardo, ma per la presa in giro nelle informazioni date. Dopo 2 secondi sono stata richiamata dalla (Proprietaria) che mi ha detto ( Mia Figlia non ha neanche avuto il tempo di parlare) Ho ribattuto con le stesse parole dette alla ragazza (Che avrei rimandato indietro le pizze) La Signora mi ha risposto (Che aveva riconosciuto la voce e che avrebbe chiamato lei il ragazzo per farle riportare le pizze indietro). Vorrei dire che se non siete capaci di dare un SERVIZIO meglio non farlo... E che se il Cliente fa notare la mancanza di quest'ultimo bisogna accettare la critica senza avere la faccia di ribattere, chiedendo SCUSA per il disservizio. Buon Proseguimento di lavoro I start by saying that I have been to this pizzeria many times. Last night I ordered 2 pizzas for 8:15 pm to 8:45 pm I called the pizzeria to get information I was told that the pizzas had just come out and were on their way. At 21:05 no pizza, I called back the girl replied (I will let you know at what point the pizzas are) at which point I answered the girl (That if they had arrived I would have sent them back, precise no for waiting, seen that it was Saturday and it can happen a delay, but for the teasing in the information given. After 2 seconds I was called back by the (Owner) who told me (My Daughter didn't even have time to speak) I replied with the same words said to the girl (That I would have sent the pizzas back) The Lady replied (That she had recognized the voice and that she would have called the boy to have the pizzas brought back). I would like to say that if you are not able to give a SERVICE better not to do it ... And that if the Customer points out the lack of the latter, you must accept the criticism without having the face to reply, apologizing for the disservice. Good continuation of work

The pizzas were really delicious, and the prices were quite low. There are vegetarian options and also a possibility to ask to remove or add something else to the chosen pizza. Definitely would recommend and would come again!:)
