★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato 4 pizze alle 19.50 chiedendo i tempi di consegna e mi è stato risposto 30/40 minuti.
Alle ore 21 ho richiamato perché non erano ancora arrivate e mi è stato detto che stavano entrando in forno.
Sono arrivate alle 21.40.
Questa è la quarta volta che ci è capitato e sarà l'ultima perché non ci torneremo più.
I ordered 4 pizzas at 19.50 asking for delivery times and I was answered 30/40 minutes.
At 9 pm I called back because they hadn't arrived yet and was told they were going into the oven.
They arrived at 9.40pm.
This is the fourth time this has happened to us and it will be the last because we will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato su justeat alle 20.30. Consegna stimata 21.15. Alle 21.25 sul sito risultava consegnato. Arrivo effettivo 22.10 dopo 3 telefonate in pizzeria e 2 con il fattorino che si era perso e non trovava la strada. Nel frattempo pizza completamente gelata e indurita.
Servizio pessimo, serata rovinata.
Alla richiesta di rimborso il locale si è rifiutato.
Mai più. Possono avere anche la pizza migliore del mondo ma se la roba arriva così...... meglio lasciare perdere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo mangiato lì ed a casa diverse volte. Sempre molto buona e molto contenti (un po'sbadati ogni tanto ma capita). Ingredienti di buona qualità ed abbondanti, pizza cotta bene anche se magari una spazzolata in più al forno risparmierebbe la bruciatura sotto la pizza. Quando sono stato lì però ho assistito alla preparazione durante l'attesa.. Sarebbe stato meglio non fosse successo.. Grattate di testa, manipolazione di altri oggetti (scontrini soprattutto) durante la preparazione, mai un guanto o una lavata delle mani (rimasti lì circa 30'-40'). Cosa peggiore Peppe che di solito sta alla cassa (mi spiace tanto Peppe, che delusione), prende bibite dal frigo, risponde alle telefonate, maneggia i soldi, scontrini, penne, contenitori della consegna ecc ecc, ed al bisogno (soprattutto quando si è accumulato un po'di lavoro) fa tre passi più in là e come niente fosse aiuta la parte finale della preparazione: aggiunge gli ingredienti A CRUDO (prosciutto, chiede il formaggio quale fosse e lo aggiunge dopo esserselo fatto passare, rucola...)e taglia le pizze.. peccato davvero non me lo aspettavo. Passo da 5 a 2 stelle senza ombra di dubbio. Non so se me la sentirò di ordinare di nuovo peccato perché la pizza merita
We ate there and at home several times. Always very good and very happy (a little bad every now and then but it happens). Good quality ingredients and abundant, pizza cooked well even if perhaps an extra brush in the oven would save the burn under the pizza. When I was there, however, I witnessed the preparation while waiting .. It would have been better if it hadn't happened .. Scratching of the head, manipulation of other objects (especially receipts) during the preparation, never a glove or a hand wash (remained there about 30'-40 '). Worst thing is Peppe who usually stays at the cash desk (I'm so sorry Peppe, what a disappointment), takes drinks from the fridge, answers phone calls, handles money, receipts, pens, delivery containers, etc., and as needed (especially when you are accumulated a bit of work) takes three steps further and as if nothing had happened it helps the final part of the preparation: he adds the raw ingredients (ham, asks what cheese it was and adds it after passing it, rocket ...) and cuts the pizzas .. too bad I really didn't expect it. I go from 5 to 2 stars without a doubt. I don't know if I will feel like ordering again pity because the pizza deserves it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intanto premetto che la valutazione si impernia solo ed esclusivamente sul prodotto cioè la pizza perché non lo so se darei una valutazione così alta nel complesso avendo cenato in loco. Ma ... la pizza è esageratamente buona quindi le stelle se le merita tutte. Da notare anche l'immenso e sterminato menu...insomma artisti della pizza!
Meanwhile, I state that the evaluation hinges only and exclusively on the product, that is the pizza because I do not know if I would give such a high evaluation overall having dined on site. But ... the pizza is exaggeratedly good so it deserves all the stars. Also note the immense and endless menu ... in short, pizza artists!

The pizza was delivered after 1 hour and 30 minutes and it was cold. And it was even a Monday.
