★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'impasto è morbido e ben lievitato. Più elastico che croccante. La pizza è col bordo un po' alto che a me sta piacendo sempre più rispetto alla barese sottile.
The dough is soft and well leavened. More elastic than crunchy. The pizza has a slightly high edge which I am always liking more than the thin Bari one.

Very good pizza, light and combination of curious ingredients, the pizza did not weigh me down despite being full I managed to finish it all. To go back, for a quiet not elegant evening.

Very good pizza. Dough with mother yeast. Wide choice. Excellent welcome. The only drawback is that the pizza is served, already cut into plastic plates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza mangiata a cena non sembrava male ma siamo stati tutta la notte al bagno, probabilmente perché il condimento non era stato conservato adeguatamente. Il locale internamente è molto spartano. Il menù (abbastanza ristretto) conteneva pizze di stagione ma la scelta era ancora più limitata dal fatto che alcune pizze non fossero disponibili. I prezzi sono medio-alti.
Peccato perché l'impasto era leggero e il personale è gentile.
The pizza eaten for dinner didn't look bad but we stayed all night in the bathroom, probably because the topping hadn't been stored properly. The interior is very spartan. The menu (quite restricted) contained seasonal pizzas but the choice was even more limited by the fact that some pizzas were not available. Prices are medium to high.
Too bad because the dough was light and the staff is nice.
