Qualità eccelsa delle materie prime , sapori superlativi dei piatti ( un vero orgasmo per il palato), impeccabile presentazione dei piatti, squisita gentilezza del personale e dei proprietari... Il miglior posto in cui si possa mangiare... Garantito! Il Grottino, as well as the supreme pizzeria, a local haute cuisine restaurant in Bitonto, in via Damascelli .... A	Arturo Alfredi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andai una serata di martedì in questo locale , io e mia.moglie volevamo provare l'ebbrezza di un panzerotto Bitontino sicché ci accingiamo a richiedere la prelibatezza alla commessa, ella appena finito di ascoltarci ci disse che la pietanza era in preparazione, come mi chiesi io non essendosi alzata dal posto? forse telecinesi, chissà, sta il fatto che aspettammo 45 minuti i panzerotti mentre il pizzaiolo sbraitava, con tono insolente, al telefono con un cliente il quale chiedeva il motivo dell'enorme ritardo del fattorino. In conclusione, questo locale offre tanti servizi ma nemmeno uno fatto bene, tempi di attesa biblici e cibo non della miglior qualità... Ho chiamato due volte la piazzeria e ogni volta mi hanno detto che erano in consegna, la seconda volta mi ha anche detto che il fattorino era sotto casa e invece le pizze sono arrivate 20 minuti dopo. Ovviamente, tutto SENZA SCONTRINO. Mi dispiace, ma per quanto le pizze possano essere buone, non c'è serietà da parte di questi. The home service is BAD. We ordered pizzas which were supposed to arrive at 8.30pm and instead arrived at 9.45pm! I called the piazzeria twice and each time they told me they were on delivery, the second time they also told me that the delivery man was under the house and instead the pizzas arrived 20 minutes later. Obviously, all WITHOUT RECEIPT. I'm sorry, but as good as the pizzas can be, there is no seriousness on their part.

N,B non controllano il green pass e l'unico con la mascherina è il cameriere. After a mixed appetizer of the house: eggplant parmesan with hair, brasaula roll with Russian sauce and skin of another salami, waited 1 hour for the pizza. C	C'est chic! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più che soddisfacente, pizza ottima, fatta con una bella crosta intorno, pasta sottile ma che non si è sfatta al centro come spesso accade a chi non sa fare le pizze. Mi ha guidato il mio intuito tra le proposte e Google per trovare la posizione in città. Buona anche il peroncino. Prezzo più che ottimo...e sono arrivata in tardissima serata 23.45 eppure ho trovato persone gentili ed accoglienti. Lo consiglio e se ripasso da Bitonto ci torno sicuramente... They took our glass a bit too early and I couldn't finish my drink. Said that, the pizza I had was supposed to have veggies but it had only 5 slices of courgette still a bit row. I would not go again
