Sulla strada principale per raggiungere il centro di Bibbiena, la pizzeria è davvero condotta dagli artisti napoletani della pizza. Pizze alte come da tradizione,ma con impasti flagranti e ben alveolati. Forse un po' troppo secche (avrei messo più pomodoro) ma la scuola classica così vuole...Personale gentile e ben disponibile, prezzi onesti: 2 pizze, 2 antipasti (molto abbondanti), 1 acqua, 1 coca 25 euro. Me lo sono segnato sull'agenda e credo che quando sarò di passaggio, tornerò pure a farci visita Rustic restaurant, in the hand, which goes back to the Campania tradition of pizza. On the main road to reach the center of Bibbiena, the pizzeria is really run by Neapolitan pizza artists. High pizzas as per tradition, but with flagrant and well-alveolate doughs. Maybe a little too dry (I would have put more tomato) but the classical school wants it so ... Friendly and helpful staff, honest prices: 2 pizzas, 2 appetizers (very abundant), 1 water, 1 coke 25 euros. I have marked it on the agenda and I believe that when I am passing through, I will also come back to visit us

Con grande stupore ho mangiato in questo ristorante caratteristico con richiami napoletani dove le porzioni sono abbondanti è molto variegate, la qualità dell’antipasto è davvero notevole e i salumi ottimi, dopo ho gustato un’ottima pizza ed alla fine ero davvero sazio e soddisfatto, anche il conto è adeguato. I was in this place one evening by pure chance, I was in Bibbiena for a visit to a relative in the hospital and I decided to stay for dinner in the village. With great amazement I ate in this characteristic restaurant with Neapolitan references where the portions are abundant and very varied, the quality of the appetizer is truly remarkable and the salami excellent, after I enjoyed an excellent pizza and in the end I was really full and satisfied the bill is adequate.
