V	Valentina Polcaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto la pizzeria di Marcello e Marilyn un paio di anni fa,mi hanno colpita fin da subito la qualità dei prodotti,e soprattutto la stagionalità di essi,non troverete ad esempio i fiori di zucca sulla pizza in inverno, perché utilizzano prodotti freschi e di stagione,made in Italy. Mi ha colpita anche il loro modo di mettere i clienti a proprio agio,la simpatia..Anche nelle serate più intense,come i fine settimana, cercano di conoscere i propri clienti,di accontentarli nelle richieste più svariate e scambiare due chiacchiere.Sono due persone estroverse e solari,io li scelgo perché è come se andassi a cena a casa di due cari amici,che cucinano veramente bene,e con piacere!! Se non sapete che pizza scegliere fatevi consigliare da Marcello, in base ai vostri gusti saprà trovare la pizza giusta.. lascio due foto di due pizze che ho consumato ieri insieme al mio ragazzo,ne manca una terza,"l' antica Roma",(credo sia diventata la mia pizza preferita), nonostante io non sia mai stata amante dei datterini con la polpa,ma questi erano particolari..la bufala poi sempre fresca,ed è l'unica bufala che ho trovato in una pizzeria in queste zone che davvero rispecchia nel sapore al 100% la vera bufala..ultimo tocco nell'antica roma è la spolverata di pecorino,un contrasto con la delicatezza della bufala..?Ovviamente poi abbiamo anche provato la "broccoli e salsiccia",perché Marcello ci ha informati che i broccoli erano freschi di giornata..e quella con prosciutto di ciarcia è una rivisitazione dell'antica roma..(l'ho detto già?!mi era piaciuta troppo). Per i prezzi,non ho nulla da dire,il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Per concludere la cena sono soliti offrire amaro o caffè, io vi consiglio di accettare l'amaro,ho un appunto non positivo sul caffè?, ma non essendo di loro produzione,(ovviamente ??,e non essendo neppure un bar?)non è all'altezza della pizza,frittura ecc.. I leave two photos of two pizzas that I had yesterday with my boyfriend, a third is missing, "ancient Rome", (I think it has become my favorite pizza), although I have never been a lover of dates with pulp, but these were particular..the buffalo then always fresh, and it is the only buffalo that I found in a pizzeria in these areas which really reflects in the 100% flavor the real buffalo .. the last touch in ancient Rome is the sprinkling of pecorino cheese, a contrast with the delicacy of the buffalo..?Of course then we also tried the "broccoli and sausage", because Marcello he informed that the broccoli were fresh during the day .. and the one with ciarcia ham is a reinterpretation of ancient Rome .. (did I say that already?! I liked it too much). For the prices, I have nothing to say, the quality / price ratio is excellent. To conclude the dinner they usually offer bitter or coffee, I advise you to accept the bitter, I have a not positive note on coffee?, but not being of their production, (obviously ??, and not even being a bar?) not is up to the pizza, frying etc ..
