In centro a Trapani, in un’ala della stazione ferroviaria, centrale e comodo per il posteggio.
Affiliato AIC, da celiaco mi son trovato meravigliosamente! Mariano e Davide preparano un ottimo impasto senza glutine e tutti i loro fritti sono a prova di celiachia. Antipastino con panelle e caponata (de-li-zio-sa), pizza e birra artigianale gluten free (bravissimi i ragazzi di birra Flea!!!), servizio cortese e rapido: questi gli ingredienti della serata. Ho trovato molto pittoresco mangiare nel piccolo dehor in prossimità dei binari, ma riparato da un giardinetto molto curato e da un traffico ferroviario davvero minuto. Rapporto qualità prezzo ultra eccellente.

In the center of Trapani, in a wing of the railway station, central and convenient for parking.
Affiliate AIC, as a celiac I found myself wonderfully! Mariano and Davide prepare an excellent gluten-free dough and all their fried foods are celiac-proof. Appetizer with panelle and caponata (de-li-zio-sa), pizza and gluten free craft beer (the Flea beer guys are very good !!!), courteous and quick service: these are the ingredients of the evening. I found it very picturesque to eat in the small outdoor area near the tracks, but sheltered by a well-kept garden and very minute railway traffic. Ultra excellent value for money.

Pizze discrete, peccato che per le nostre sono arrivate un po troppo cotte e non abbiamo apprezzato appieno la qualità degli impasti. Ottima la birra Timilia e ottime le patate pantesche.
Large and informal restaurant, very courteous and helpful staff. They offer different types of dough for pizzas: tuminia, multimedia, kamut and low in gluten. Discreet pizzas, it is a pity that ours arrived a little too cooked and we did not fully appreciate the quality of the dough. Excellent Timilia beer and excellent Pantelleria potatoes.
