E	Eccomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata questa sera per la prima volta e sono rimasta molto contenta con mio marito abbiamo presto un antipasto fritto molto sfizioso e una pizza molto buona simil napoletana,ragazzi giovani molto svelti e servizio veloce nonostante sia stata di sabato ,c ritornerò. I was this evening for the first time and I was very happy with my husband we soon have a very tasty fried appetizer and a very good Neapolitan-like pizza, very fast young guys and fast service despite being on a Saturday, c I'll be back.

La stessa appartenenza che prodotti ed ingredienti regalano a chi sceglie di gustare le ottime pizze. Io ho personalmente gradito e scelto la "Super", una base bianca con pesto di basilico, datterini rossi, grana, fior di latte, tranci di bufala in uscita e bordi ripieni di ricotta. Provato anche il dolce, crema catalana, davvero deliziosa. Tutti soddisfatti, come sempre, anche il servizio va lodato, velocissimo e poco invadente, come è giusto che sia!!! Non perdetela. The feeling of belonging to the territory is much more pronounced in the new headquarters in Noel. The same belonging that products and ingredients give to those who choose to taste the excellent pizzas. I personally liked and chose the "Super", a white base with basil pesto, red datterini tomatoes, parmesan, mozzarella, buffalo steaks and edges stuffed with ricotta. Also tried the sweet, creme brulee, really delicious. All satisfied, as always, even the service should be praised, very fast and unobtrusive, as it should be !!! Don't miss it.

Pizza buona con ingredienti di qualità e sinceramente a prezzi molto onesti. Facendo un confronto con le pizzerie “di moda” nell interland leccese, prezzi addirittura più bassi di 4-5 euro sulla singola pizza, ma probabilmente la zona ti permette di farlo. Come sempre promossa!! We returned to Noel after a couple of years due to covid and found it, to our immense pleasure, in a location that does it justice. Good pizza with quality ingredients and honestly at very fair prices. Making a comparison with the "trendy" pizzerias in the Lecce hinterland, prices even lower than 4-5 euros on a single pizza, but probably the area allows you to do so. As always promoted !!
M	Massimo M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho percorso più di 40 minuti di macchina per raggiungere questo piccolo gioiellino situato nel suggestivo centro di san donato, ma ne è valsa assolutamente la pena; anzi sarei disposto a farlo più spesso al netto dell'ottima esperienza vissuta. La location risulta molto affascinante grazie alla presenza delle caratteristiche volte a stella valorizzate dall'ottima organizzazione delle luci, che insieme alla musica di sottofondo, contribuisce a creare un atmosfera accogliente e intima. Il menù prevede oltre alle portate tipiche di una pizzeria anche la possibilità di optare per gli hamburger. Le pizze, dalle classiche a quelle dalle combinazioni più particolari, ricordano molto quelle napoletane, con il cornicione alto che può essere anche farcito con ricotta di bufala. Qualità degli ingredienti impiegati: impasto, leggero e digeribile, tanto da sciogliersi in bocca; cottura perfetta rendono questa pizza una delle MIGLIORI del salento; plauso particolare va alla maestria dei pizzaioli. Ulteriore punto a favore è l'impiego del forno a legna a vista. Personale, cortese e disponibile, pronto a fugare ogni dubbio e a dispensare ottimi consigli. Prezzo più che onesto per la qualità del prodotto offerto. Vivamente consigliato!!!!! I traveled more than 40 minutes by car to reach this little gem located in the suggestive center of San Donato, but it was absolutely worth it; indeed I would be willing to do it more often net of the excellent experience. The location is very charming thanks to the presence of the star vaults enhanced by the excellent organization of the lights, which together with the background music, helps to create a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. In addition to the typical courses of a pizzeria, the menu also includes the possibility of opting for hamburgers. The pizzas, from the classic ones to those with more particular combinations, are very reminiscent of the Neapolitan ones, with the high cornice that can also be stuffed with buffalo ricotta. Quality of the ingredients used: dough, light and digestible, so much so that it melts in the mouth; perfect cooking make this pizza one of the BEST of Salento; particular praise goes to the mastery of the pizza chefs. Another point in favor is the use of an exposed wood oven. Staff, courteous and helpful, ready to dispel any doubts and to dispense excellent advice. More than fair price for the quality of the product offered. Highly recommended !!!!!

Menù molto ampio, con pizze gourmet e non convenzionali affiancate anche a quelle tradizionali. L’impasto è morbidissimo, si taglia da solo praticamente e la pizza nonostante sia ricca non risulta affatto pesante. Posto assolutamente consigliato! Excellent pizzeria located in the village of San Donato. Clean, not loud, the service was very fast. Very broad menu, with gourmet and unconventional pizzas alongside traditional ones. The dough is very soft, it practically cuts itself and the pizza, despite being rich, is not heavy at all. Absolutely recommended place!

Ottimi i loro prodotti, freschi e abbondanti nelle porzioni. Pizze buonissime, leggere, morbidissime e ben condite. Il dolce stupendo.. ho preso in questo caso una crema catalana, d effetto la presentazione e gustosa soprattutto. Consiglio vivamente questa pizzeria, complimenti.
