Preparata in tutta sicurezza,attenti nella manipolazione manuale dei prodotti base ,Che sono di una qualità esagerata. Impasto preparato a regola d'arte, lievitazione naturale che da al prodotto tutta la croccantezza e leggerezza che una buona pizza debba avere. Di recente ho preso un metro di pizza con mozzarella, patatine e wurstel, ma il sapore e la qualità delle patate erano troppo scadenti e ciò ha rovinato il gusto dell'intera composizione.
