B	Bruno Roppa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera decidiamo di ordinare delle pizze a domicilio e scegliamo una fascia oraria che va dalle ore 21:00 alle ore 21:30. Verso le ore 21:45 richiamo il locale per verificare a che punto stessero le pizze e la signora rispondeva che per problemi di viabilità e visto che era sabato sera c'erano stati un pò di ritardi nelle consegne, cosa fattibile anche perché uno capisce che è sabato sera e un pò di tollerabilità ci vuole. Alle ore 22:30 si ricontattava la pizzeria visto che le pizze non giungevano e la signora rispondeva che erano nel forno e che la prossima consegna era la nostra. Dopo circa un quarto d'ora vengo ricontattato dal ragazzo delle consegne il quale mi dice che è a pochi metri dall'abitazione e quindi scendo per recuperare le pizze. Dopo aver aspettato un altro quarto d'ora all'esterno al freddo vengo ricontattato dal ragazzo delle consegne il quale mi dice che le pizze che ha con sé non sono le mie perché ha sbagliato a prenderle e che deve ritornare in pizzeria per prendere quelle ordinate da me. Visto che ormai erano le 23 passate si annullava la comanda. Pizzeria di una disorganizzazione allucinante e non in grado di soddisfare le richieste dei clienti, nonché incompetenti a sbagliare anche le consegne che sono una cosa elementare Last night we decided to order pizzas at home and we choose a time slot that goes from 21:00 to 21:30.
