Le patatine che abbiamo ordinato prima dell'arrivo dei panini erano completamente fredde. Non avremmo lasciato nessun tipo di recensione se non fosse che il conto era totalmente superiore a quanto meritava il servizio prestato. Sconsigliato semplicemente perché il locale è situato a Pagani e nelle zone limitrofe si trova di meglio. ( Ah, ed era la prima volta che ci andavamo) . Sandwiches of a good quality but not excellent. Staff of a not very high level, in fact hesitant to ask for advice. The fries we ordered before the sandwiches arrived were completely cold. We would not have left any kind of reviews were it not that the bill was totally higher than the service provided. Not recommended simply because the restaurant is located in Pagani and in the surrounding areas it is better. (Ah, and it was the first time we went there).

Tutto sommato una buona paninoteca ma non molto organizzata dato che non ci sono monete per il resto e per una paninoteca di paese è VERGOGNOSO non avere il resto e far perdere tempo ai clienti A little confusing service. Excellent products and a little expensive. All in all a good sandwich shop but not very organized since there are no coins for the rest and for a village sandwich shop it is shameful not to have the change and to waste customers time

Consiglio di ordinare il panino andando direttamente in paninoteca sennò ordinando dall'app verrebbe troppo per 1 panino (dovendo spendere 10 euro min.). Consiglierei di abbassare il range min. di ordine da 10 a 5. Detto questo panini e materie prime ottime!! Really good sandwiches, very nice staff and not too high prices. I recommend ordering the sandwich by going directly to the sandwich shop otherwise ordering from the app would be too much for 1 sandwich (having to spend 10 euros min.). I would recommend lowering the min range. of order from 10 to 5. That said, excellent sandwiches and raw materials !!

Finalmente un'ampia scelta di qualità, non sempre scontata, anche per il gluten free. Da migliorare i crocche' senza glutine. Molto disponibile il personale. After about an hour of waiting ... some delicious sandwiches arrived directly at the house! Finally a wide choice of quality, not always obvious, even for gluten free. C	Carmine Marchitiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato verso le 18:00 del pomeriggio contento di provare per la prima volta questa paninoteca, siamo arrivati verso le 21:00 nell’area all’esterno per goderci la partita dell’Italia, dopo una ventina di minuti in attesa, finalmente ci hanno fatto accomodare. Dopo mezz’ora dall’inizio della partita siamo riusciti a cogliere l’attenzione della cameriera per poter ordinare (tre birre, una porzione di patatine e tre panini). Per riuscire ad avere le tre birre è passata un’altra mezz’ora…morale della favola, i nostri panini sono arrivati verso mezzanotte quando praticamente non c’era più nessuno. Non siamo riusciti a mangiarne nemmeno la metà perché la fame è stata sopraffatta dalla noia. Siamo andati in cassa per pagare e riferire quanto accaduto, la cassiera con aria infastidita si è giustificata dicendo che erano presenti più di cento persone e non hanno saputo gestire la situazione.Un consiglio ,se il locale può accogliere 20 persone non prendete prenotazioni per 100. I booked around 18:00 in the afternoon happy to try this sandwich shop for the first time, we arrived around 21:00 in the outside area to enjoy the Italy game, after about twenty minutes waiting, finally there they did sit down. After half an hour from the start of the game we managed to catch the waitress's attention to be able to order (three beers, a portion of chips and three sandwiches). To be able to have the three beers, another half hour went by ... moral of the story, our sandwiches arrived around midnight when there was practically no one left. We couldn't even eat half of it because hunger was overwhelmed by boredom. We went to the cashier to pay and report what happened, the cashier with an annoyed air justified herself by saying that there were more than a hundred people present and they could not manage the situation.A tip, if the place can accommodate 20 people, do not take reservations for 100 .

e	emily on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing burgers and fries. The best burgers my husband and I have had since moving to Italy a year ago! The french fries I got had Mayo and pistachios on them. SO good. The staff was very friendly and and quick service. When in the area again we will be going back!
