Quando ho pagato il conto non si sono segnati neanche di offrire il caffè o l'amaro così come fanno in tanti altri locali della zona. Unheated place I had to have dinner in a hurry because I felt too cold. When I paid the bill they didn't even make a note of offering coffee or amaro as they do in many other places in the area.

Salendo verso Casole Bruzio (ormai Casali del manco) dalla strada vecchia è sulla sinistra passata la curva a gomito dove una volta c'era il centro sociale Gramna. Dall'insegna colorata avrei pensato fosse una sala da ballo a dire il vero. Dentro è una sala grande che ha l'aspetto di una classica trattoria. Il menu riporta sia pizze che antipasti, primi e secondi. Noi siamo andati per un antipasto della casa e pizza al metro. Servizio cortese e rapido, c'erano una ventina di persone e qualcuno che andava e veniva per l'asporto, ma non abbiamo aspettato per mangiare. Antipasto discreto, il nostro classico salumi, formaggi ed assaggi vari, buona a mio gusto la ricotta ed il formaggio, anche le olive. La pizza al metro è arrivata subito, tre gusti: ai funghi porcini, la migliore; con patate mbacchiuse e salsiccia, pure gustosa; tonno e cipolle (bianca), questa mancava un po' di personalità. In ogni caso l'impasto era ottimo e gli ingredienti buoni. Birra alla spina buona e vino della casa gradevole (anche se il vino rosso freddo perde di sapore). Conto giusto. Ci posso tornare tranquillamente. Sunday. Going up towards Casole Bruzio (now Casali del manco) from the old road it is on the left after the sharp bend where once there was the Gramna social center. From the colorful sign I would have thought it was a ballroom to tell the truth. Inside is a large room which looks like a classic trattoria. The menu shows both pizzas and appetizers, first and second courses. We went for a house appetizer and pizza by the meter. Friendly and quick service, there were about twenty people and someone coming and going for take-out, but we didn't wait to eat. Discreet appetizer, our classic cold cuts, cheeses and various tastings, ricotta and cheese good to my taste, even olives. The pizza by the meter arrived immediately, three flavors: with porcini mushrooms, the best; with mbacchiuse potatoes and sausage, also tasty; tuna and onions (white), this one lacked a bit of personality. In any case, the dough was excellent and the ingredients good. Good draft beer and pleasant house wine (even if the cold red wine loses its flavor). Fair account. I can go back safely.

Peccato per il locale poco riscaldato. Non ho assaggiato la pizza ma dall'aspetto mi è sembrata ottima. Da provare sicuramente. Good welcome and excellent food. I ate an excellent carbonara and as a second chicken cutlet with fries. Too bad for the poorly heated room. I haven't tasted the pizza but it looked great. Definitely to try.

Nonostante avessimo prenotato alle 21.30 ci è stato richiesto di pazientare qualche minuto; ore 21.50 finalmente seduti, ore 22.17 ordinazione ,alle 23.03 ancora non c'è traccia delle pizze. Non è per essere pignoli ma in questi casi meglio non prendere prenotazioni perché in tal modo si ha la possibilità di preferire altro. Da evitare
