★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa lunghi...... possibilità di due sportelli, ma solo uno aperto, con operatore lentissimo, che deve gestire prenotazioni insieme al ritiro referti, meglio visualizzare i referti on line, se no almeno un'ora la si perde. Possibilità di pagare le prestazioni con terminale bancomat che sfortunatamente quasi sempre fuori uso....
 Long waiting times ...... possibility of two branches, but only one open, with a very slow operator, who has to manage reservations together with the collection of reports, better to view the reports online, otherwise at least an hour will be lost. Possibility to pay the services with an ATM terminal which unfortunately almost always out of use ....
