Biblical times for a pizza to arrive (assuming it arrives). Nobody answers the phone, maybe they put that in the oven too.

Fortunatamente mio marito di ritorno dal lavoro è passato a saldare ANTICIPATAMENTE il conto ma essendo in moto non ha potuto ritirare le pizze così abbiamo aspettato la consegna a domicilio. Orario stabilito 20.45 orario di consegna 21. Tre pizze, due sbagliate. Chiamo e avviso che saremmo andati personalmente per chiedere il rimborso. All'arrivo di mio marito e alla richiesta di rimborso e di avere le pizze giuste (visto i vari problemi riscontrati) il gentilissimo e sprovvisto di mascherina proprietario minaccia e aggredisce verbalmente il mal capitato! Morale della storia impariamo a lavorare come si deve rispettando il cliente. Already at the telephone order we start badly! They do not accept the POS in home deliveries! Luckily my husband came back from work to pay the bill IN ADVANCE but being on his motorbike he could not collect the pizzas so we waited for home delivery. Scheduled time 20.45 Delivery time 21. Three pizzas, two wrong. I call and advise that we would have gone personally to ask for a refund. Upon the arrival of my husband and the request for reimbursement and to have the right pizzas (given the various problems encountered) the very kind and unmasked owner threatens and verbally assaults the victim! Moral of the story we learn to work properly while respecting the customer.

Vi consiglio di chiudere bottega ed andare a fare qualche altro lavoro, perchè non ho mai visto una pizzeria impiegarci più di 15 minuti per una pizza... figuratevi una intera ora alla quale continuano ad aggiungersi minuti perchè non è ancora stata consegnata, ordinata alle 21... il locale chiude alle 22 e attualmente sono le 22:30 e nemmeno l'ombra di un "ci dispiace ma non possiamo consegnare la pizza" Sconsiglio vivamente, andate un altre pizzerie, questo non è un servizio accettabile. More than an hour to make a single pizza? Never seen a worse service than this. I advise you to close your shop and go and do some other work, because I've never seen a pizzeria take more than 15 minutes for a pizza ... imagine a whole hour to which minutes continue to be added because it has not yet been delivered, ordered at 21 ... the place closes at 10pm and it is currently 10.30pm and not even the shadow of a "sorry but we can't deliver pizza" I strongly advise against, go to other pizzerias, this is not an acceptable service.
