Prima di andare via da Caserta è assolutamente d'obbligo passare una serata da loro Excellent pizza, light and very good .... great price and very kind staff they offered us some very good fried pizzas. All'ingresso del locale vi è la possibilità di scegliere la sala esterna oppure la sala interna più riservata. Tema del locale caldo e molto accogliente. Personale di cortesia e particolarmente attento alle esigenze del cliente veterano. Competenza e sensibilità alle preferenze personali espresse in fase di ordinazione. La pizza è da valutare 10/10, sapore eccelso degli ingredienti e la pasta è a dir poco perfetta sia nella lievitazione, sia punto di leggerezza e sia nel grado di cottura. Aggiungere ulteriori dettagli non renderebbe mai l'idea giusta del livello di qualità. Altamente consigliata, soprattutto per i clienti più esigenti. Prezzo equilibrato. È stato un piacere per la semplicità del posto, per la lavorazione a vista, per le chiacchiere scambiate col pizzaiolo, ma soprattutto per la bontà della pizza. Ho preso una napoletana, una delle pizze più semplici dove sarebbe impossibile camuffare: ben cotta, pomodoro dolcissimo, olio di qualità, aglio e alici profumatissime, olive di Gaeta originali. Un locale semplice gestito da personale giovane , che ci ha sorpreso per l'altissima qualità delle loro pizze. Un impasto morbido da lunga lievitazione molto digeribile,cottura perfetta ed ingredienti di qualità ed alto livello. Buona la scelta delle pizze che varia dalle classiche alle speciali. Consigliato dal responsabile del locale ho preso una pizza sperimentale fuori menù ,al baccalà con pomodorini secchi fior di latte e verdure . Che dire molto molto buona , scelta degli ingredienti molto equilibrata con giusta antitesi. Moglie ha preso una Margherita reale con mozzarella di bufala e pomodorini campani freschi di diverso tipo ,dal sapore strepitoso. Parto col dire che sia le pizze che gli antipasti sono stati davvero buoni, ed è stato apprezzato l'impasto che è risultato molto leggero. Ciò che è piaciuto di meno è tutto il resto... Purtroppo già da fuori non ci sono insegne belle in vista ed è difficile notare il posto se non lo si conosce. Quando entrati, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 5 minuti in piedi perché oltre le persone in cucina, in tutta la sala c'erano solo due persone, di cui una penso sia il proprietario. Quindi nessuno alla cassa, nessuno ad accogliere i clienti... In generale il servizio è stato non all'altezza della pizza e il posto non è valorizzato dalla vicinanza alla reggia di Caserta.
