ho chiamato per ordinare una pizza al metro con consegna a domicilio.
La ragazza mi dice che sarebbe stata consegnata alle 20.45 chiedo se dovessi venire io a ritirarla ? risposta 20.30.
alle 20.30 sono in pizzeria mi viene consegnata alle 21 dopo che mi sono arrabbiata e fatta in fretta e furia.
Alle 20.35 entra una coppia che ordina due pizze da mangiare sul posto.
quando hanno consegnato la mia pizza loro avevano già finito di mangiare.
Purtroppo non posso assegnare 0 stelle altrimenti l'avrei fatto

I called to order a pizza by the meter with home delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza è la migliore della zona e i prezzi sono adeguati. Si può mangiare seduti, anche se è conosciuta come pizzeria d' asporto. I ragazzi/ragazze sono bravissimi.
The pizza is the best in the area and the prices are adequate. You can eat seated, even if it is known as a takeaway pizzeria. The boys / girls are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza è molto buona. In famiglia abbiamo gusti molto vari e apprezziamo sia quella normale che quella con impasto integrale. Non metto le 5 stelle solo perché i panini, fatti sempre con l'impasto della pizza, sono molto buoni, sono poco farciti. Preferirei pagarli anche qualcosa in più, ma trovarli più pieni.
The pizza is very good. In the family we have very varied tastes and we appreciate both normal and wholemeal dough. I do not put 5 stars just because the sandwiches, always made with the pizza dough, are very good, they are not very stuffed. I'd rather pay them a little more, but find them fuller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza buonissima l'unica cosa quando si fanno le aggiunte che si pagano 1 euro non sempre ci sono su 3 volte pagate 2 non cerano la 1° volta l'aggiunta di olive nere sulla capricciosa che quando lho fatto notare la 2° volta le ho trovate pagando sempre 1 euro in più e ieri sera lo voluta schiacciata ma in realtà era normale non è tanto per l'euro ma per la disattenzione che si ha sulle richieste che si pagano

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza non è male ma il posto lascia molto a desiderare. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia del locale meglio lasciar perdere . Mi auguro che almeno il reparto della cucina sia più pulito.
The pizza isn't bad but the place leaves a lot to be desired. As far as the cleaning of the room is concerned, it is better to leave it alone. I hope that at least the kitchen department is cleaner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la 3a volta che ordiniamo la pizza con consegna a domicilio e per la 3a volta ci viene consegnata in ritardo. Ieri abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora, con ospiti a casa. Quando poi sono arrivati con le pizze (fredde), non si sono neanche scusati per il ritardo.
Hanno sicuramente perso dei clienti.
This is the 3rd time we have ordered pizza with home delivery and for the 3rd time it is delivered late. Yesterday we had to wait an hour, with guests at home. When they arrived with the (cold) pizzas, they didn't even apologize for the delay.
They've certainly lost customers.
