Le pizze non erano per niente buone: la pizza tonno e cipolla aveva un’abbondante quantità di cipolla bianca semicruda e tranci di tonno non adatti alla pizza. Margherita molle, non croccante. Mi dispiace ma non credo di ordinare più pizze dal Laboratorio. Punctuality and courtesy. Attentive service to the environment (biodegradable packaging, home delivery with natural gas machine). The pizzas were not at all good: the tuna and onion pizza had an abundant quantity of semi-raw white onion and tuna slices not suitable for pizza. Soft daisy, not crunchy. I'm sorry but I don't think I order more pizzas from the Lab.

Patate (sia quelle dell'insalata di mare, sia quelle al forno ) arrivate semi crude e immangiabili, forse perchè erano pre-congelate e poi fatte partire in fretta , alla carlona. I think it is one of the best pizzas in Reggio Emilia, sublime speed of delivery, highly appreciated ecological cartons and a wonderful quality of packaging. The website is equally stunning, perfectly optimized and very easy to use, with a wide choice of products. Highly recommended, both the website and the pizzeria itself.

La pasta è diventata molto più pesante, per esempio. Ricordo pizze meravigliosamente trasudanti mozzarella con ottimo pomodoro, adesso c'è meno abbondanza e ci metto l'intera notte a digerire. Il servizio, vista anche la mole dell'aumento di ordini, è diventato più lento, ma è una cosa comprensibile. Non mi è chiaro, invece, se nelle pizze della consegna a domicilio sia usuale dare gli ingredienti da "fuori forno" a parte, e poi a casa ci si "monta" la pizza-ikea.. Ieri sera ordino un mezzo metro, a parte che hanno sbagliato i gusti, ma questo nn importa tanto?, il problema vero e che a volte e buonissima ed altre volte invece assolutamente no..., motivo? Nn si sa! Probabilmente avete vari pizzaioli e non tutti sono capaci. Condita male, mozzarella cruda in alcuni punti, condimento che scivolava via dall'impasto, il fondo molliccio che sembrava bagnato, non riusvi a tirare su una fetta mantenendo il condimento sopra! La penultima volta invece, che abbiamo ordinato, perfetta! Ora bisogna sperare che quando si ordina la pizza da voi il giorno sia quello giusto/fortunato. No comment.
