Si tratta di piccole pizze tonde, sostanzialmente margherita (ma che possono essere anche personalizzate) messe nel forno a legna e pronte in tre minuti e servite piegate a portafoglio. Scordatevi le grandi teglie di pizze con millle gusti esposte al bancone. Ma il punto è che quella piccola pizza è buona. Proprio buona!
 Small and familiar environment for an unusual pizza by the slice. These are small round pizzas, basically margherita (but which can also be customized) placed in a wood oven and ready in three minutes and served folded into a wallet. Forget the large pans of pizzas with thousands of flavors displayed at the counter. But the point is, that little pizza is good. Just good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzeria mordi e fuggi dove la "filosofia" è semplicità. Due gusti : Margherita o acciughe, pizza cotta in teglia, poi richiusa a portafoglio ( diametro di circa 15 cm). Costo modesto.
Locale pulito, ma molto piccolo e personale gentile.
Hit and run pizzeria where "philosophy" is simplicity. Two flavors: Margherita or anchovies, pizza baked in a pan, then folded into a wallet (diameter of about 15 cm). Modest cost.
Clean place, but very small and nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the most iconic place in Reggio Emilia for a pan cooked take away pizza. Size matters so compare to a slice in other places . Quality and taste are great since ever and worth a star more to an otherwise low review. Price for pizza and drinks are too high and inexplicable to my opinion.
