★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best pizza north of Napoli ... possibly one of the best pizzerias in Italy. We found it by chance on our way back to my hometown of Perugia, and boy! Was it an awesome pizza. Mozzarella super-fresh, and the dough was fantastic. Don't be fooled by the looks - go there for excellent food.
