P	Pietro Catignano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pizza leggerissima, la cottura è ottima, molto equilibrata nel condimento, questa in foto è una modifica di quella originale dato che è base bianca con mozzarella, polpo, patate e pepe nero con spruzzata di prezzemolo all'uscita e olio crudo. Pure base rossa merita tantissimo. Il pizzaiolo è molto gentile così come tutto il personale. Un locale molto pulito con il rispetto per le norme igieniche anti covid-19 e soprattutto la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è la ragazza dietro al bancone che ogni qualvolta prende i soldi si disinfetta le mani, forse in molti la danno per scontata come cosa ma non è così dato che non lo vedo fare in molti in quanto anche se prendono i soldi comunque poi con le mani "sporche" tagliano la pizza o prendono le pinze. È tutto organizzato per il meglio il locale rispettando le norme anti covid-19. Quando entri dentro l'attesa non è eccessiva perché il pizzaiolo è molto veloce e l'aiutante idem. C'è una vasta scelta di pizze a prezzi modici. Peccato che non abbia lo spazio per i tavoli così da poterla fare mangiare al momento perché credo che sarebbe il top. A very light pizza, the cooking is excellent, very balanced in the seasoning, this in photo is a modification of the original one since it is white base with mozzarella, octopus, potatoes and black pepper with sprinkled parsley at the exit and raw oil. Pure red base deserves a lot. The pizza chef is very kind as is all the staff. A very clean place with respect for the anti-covid-19 hygiene rules and above all the thing that struck me most is the girl behind the counter who disinfects her hands every time she takes money, perhaps many take it for granted as thing but it is not so given that I don't see it done in many as even if they take the money anyway then with "dirty" hands they cut the pizza or take the pliers. Everything is organized in the best way possible, respecting the anti-covid-19 rules. When you enter the wait is not excessive because the pizza chef is very fast and the helper is the same. There is a large selection of pizzas at moderate prices. Too bad it doesn't have the space for the tables so I can eat it right now because I think it would be the best.
