Ambiente simpatico con personale cordiale. Prezzo decisamente competitivo. We wanted a good Neapolitan pizza and we were satisfied. Cozy place with a beautiful sea view. Nice environment with friendly staff. Definitely competitive price.

Abbiamo ordinato due pizze una parigina ed una margherita. Leggendo le recensione abbiamo notato che il locale e le pizze erano molto apprezzate. Qualcuno parlava di pizza gommosa e di una puzza. Noi onestamente non abbiamo né sentito la puzza ne abbiamo mangiato gomma, anzi la pizza era buonissima imparo soffice e digeribile nonché cotta benissimo. I tavoli ben disposti per l’appunto in una piazzetta con possibilità di accomodarsi sia al coperto che fuori come noi, respirando una bell aria fresca. Il personale gentile ed educato. Ho fatto la conoscenza di Tonino una persona cordiale e molto socievole. Alla fine ci ha anche regalato i bicchieri della birra che tanto ci sono piaciuti. Insomma che dire locale ottimo pulito e ben collocato, piazza ottima e “persone squisite”. Consiglio vivamente a chi si trovasse ad Agropoli di fermarsi a La piazzetta. Complimenti continuate così che è cosa vostra. We stayed in this restaurant in July 2019. We appreciated the square because of its location in the medieval village of Agropoli. We ordered two pizzas, a Parisian and a margherita. Reading the reviews, we noticed that the place and the pizzas were very popular. Someone was talking about chewy pizza and a stench. We honestly have neither felt the stench nor have we eaten gum, on the contrary the pizza was very good, I learn soft and digestible and cooked very well. The tables are precisely arranged in a small square with the possibility of sitting both indoors and out like us, breathing in a beautiful fresh air. The staff polite and polite. I made Tonino's acquaintance a friendly and very sociable person. In the end he also gave us the beer glasses that we liked so much. In short, what to say excellent local clean and well located, excellent square and "exquisite people". I highly recommend to anyone staying in Agropoli to stop at La piazzetta. Prima di sedermi a tavola, il cameriere mi accoglie con la frase "Possiamo fare solo pizze", lasciando intendere che tutti gli altri piatti (antipasti/primi/secondi...) non fossero disponibili. Al momento dell'ordinazione, nonostante potessero fare "solo pizze", la maggioranza degli ingredienti delle varie pizze sul menù non erano disponibili. Durante il servizio, il locale ospitava al massimo altri due tavoli ma per ricevere la nostra ordinazione ci hanno impiegato circa 40 minuti. L'attesa non n'è valsa la pena! Le pizze erano abbastanza crude, l'impasto non era certamente all'altezza ed erano anche mal condite. Il prezzo delle varie pizze sul menù è abbastanza alto (con pizze anche di 9/10 €), il locale non è molto curato ed il servizio è migliorabile. Non voglio recensirlo con 1 stella perché sarebbe inopportuno, ma un'esperienza del genere è sicuramente evitabile. I don't know where to start to describe my "experience" at this restaurant. Before sitting down at the table, the waiter greets me with the phrase "We can only make pizzas", suggesting that all the other dishes (appetizers / first / second courses ...) were not available. At the time of ordering, although they could make "only pizzas", most of the ingredients of the various pizzas on the menu were not available. During the service, the restaurant hosted a maximum of two other tables but it took us about 40 minutes to receive our order. The wait was not worth it! The pizzas were quite raw, the dough was certainly not up to par and they were also poorly seasoned. The price of the various pizzas on the menu is quite high (with pizzas even of € 9/10), the place is not very well-kept and the service can be improved. I don't want to review it with 1 star because that would be inappropriate, but such an experience is definitely avoidable.
