★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesta pizza rucola (pomodoro, mozzarella, crudo, rucola e scaglie di parmigiano), hanno consegnato una pizza con pomodoro, mozzarella e crudo.
Dopo averli chiamati facendo loro notare il palese errore e la notevole differenza di prezzo tra le due pizze, hanno preteso che mi recassi, a mie spese, presso di loro.
Oltre il danno, pure la beffa!
 Request pizza rocket (tomato, mozzarella, raw, rocket and parmesan flakes), they delivered a pizza with tomato, mozzarella and raw ham.
After calling them and pointing out the obvious mistake and the considerable difference in price between the two pizzas, they demanded that I go to them, at my expense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, pur essendo cliente fisso, sarà da un anno che chiamo sempre prestissimo come indicato da loro per riceverla entro le 21 e la pizza è arrivata sempre almeno 1he 30 dopo quanto indicato. Sempre quando gli conveniva e non sulla base della prenotazione. Classico vizio di prendere in giro il cliente, dando false indicazioni. Che tristezza. Fortemente sconsigliato

Ogni tanto lasciano la pizza troppo tempo nel forno, ogni tanto l'impasto riesce peggio del solito ma ogni tanto questi cali di qualità sono inevitabili in una pizzeria. Consegna di solito poco puntuale e ho rinunciato a chiedere. Vado direttamente io e ne vale la pena.
The best pizza in the north of Messina. Great ingredients, minus the dough. Sometimes they leave the pizza in the oven for too long, sometimes the dough is worse than usual but sometimes these drops in quality are inevitable in a pizzeria. Delivery usually not on time and I gave up on asking. I go straight and it's worth it.
