Ho forato manicotto intercooler della mia Outback che ha riempito il fap e messo in protezione l’auto bloccando di fatto il normale utilizzo. Arrivato alle 12.30 ci han subito accolto e rassicurato, alle 17 ero già in strada per riprendere il viaggio verso la destinazione ! Come vedete dalla foto ho inoltre atteso con postazione dove ho potuto lavorare con aria condizionata e tutti I comfort ( lasciando famiglia in spiaggia a divertirsi). Grazie ancora e plauso alla gentilezza e professionalità !! I wanted to publicly thank the dealership that literally saved my and my family's vacation. I punctured the intercooler sleeve of my Outback that filled the fap and put the car in protection blocking the normal use. Arrived at 12.30 we were immediately welcomed and reassured, at 17 I was already on the road to resume the journey to the destination! As you can see from the picture I also waited with a workstation where I could work with air conditioning and all the comforts (leaving family on the beach to have fun). F	FD. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vado per fare la revisione visto che è centro autorizzato.......unica pecca il personale della sezione revisione veicoli non sempre garbato che senza educazione con la clientela .....ovviamente parlo per esperienza personale avuta.......aggiungo però una nota tanto per non generalizzare ......non tutti coloro addetti a tale servizio di revisione veicoli sono così......per l'appunto si distingue qualcuno per la sua educazione in primis ....motivo per cui ancora ci vado .... I go there to do the overhaul since it is an authorized center ....... the only flaw is the staff of the vehicle overhaul section that is not always polite and without education with customers ..... obviously I speak from personal experience .... ... but I add a note just so as not to generalize ...... not all those employed in this vehicle overhaul service are like this ...... precisely someone stands out for their education in the first place .. ... reason why I still go there ....
