Rivisitata dal suo proprietario infatti è molto più grande della solita puccia, è cotta al momento nel forno a legna e riempita al proprio gusto. Viene poi nfornata per una seconda volta per amalgamare bene tutti gli ingredienti. Mangiata e gustata lì nel locale con una birretta fresca è una vera squisitezza tutta da provare credetemi
