Possibilità di averla al tegamino. Fanno anche la farinata. Prezzi giusti e nella media. Vivamente consigliata la prenotazione! C'è anche l'opzione asporto se non siete tuoi social Very very small place, just about ten seats, but really nice and helpful staff. Excellent pizza, thin and crunchy. Possibility of having it in the pan. They also make farinata. Fair and average prices. Reservation highly recommended! There is also the take away option if you are not your social network

La farinata ti permette di mangiarne a iosa e non ti pesa nel palato con il solito unto che molti locali, invece, ti regalano. E questo con un forno elettrico (o a gas)! Notevole davvero. Non giudico male l’attesa un po’ eccessiva perché era una delle prime sere di riapertura post-Covid, quindi va bene così. Due cose non si possono però tollerare in un locale del pieno Centro Città nel 2021: 1. I servizi (poco) igienici di mezzo metro quadro in un cortile a 30/40 metri dal locale stesso; 2. Il fatto che non sia mai possibile pagare con carte di credito o bancomat (come anche bellamente annunciato da cartello in ingresso locale)! I love this place's pizza. And so is the farinata. Both really good. Farinata allows you to eat plenty of it and does not weigh on your palate with the usual grease that many locals give you instead. And this with an electric (or gas) oven! Really remarkable. I don't think badly about the slightly excessive wait because it was one of the first evenings of post-Covid reopening, so that's okay. However, two things cannot be tolerated in a club in the city center in 2021: 1. The (little) hygienic services of half a square meter in a courtyard 30/40 meters from the room itself; 2. The fact that it is never possible to pay by credit or debit card (as also beautifully announced by the sign at the local entrance)!

A renderla tale contribuiscono sia impasto che le eccellenti materie prime scelte per le sue innumerevoli varianti. Anche se la mia preferita rimane la Napoletana. La location poi, nella sua semplicità, si presta per una serata informale per coppie, famiglie e gruppi. Con la bella stagione tavoli all'aperto sotto i portici. Nelle vicinanze si trova un comodo parcheggio. At Pizzeria Il Buco you can enjoy the best pan-fried pizza, and not only, in Alessandria. Both the dough and the excellent raw materials chosen for its countless variations contribute to making it so. Although my favorite remains the Napoletana. Mi sono sentita insultare dal proprietario per essermi recata alla cassa dopo aver aspettato 60 minuti una pizza e una farinata (la clientela era già quasi tutta servita e non c'era confusione). Oltre a non aver mangiato niente, anziché scusarsi, il proprietario mi ha fatto pagare 14 euro due bottiglie d'acqua e una birra e mi ha sbraitato addosso come se la colpa fosse la mia. Mi è stato detto che è normale aspettare un'ora e che succede in tutti i posti, rendiamoci conto! NON CI TORNERÒ MAI PIÙ If I could I would give zero stars. I felt insulted by the owner for going to the cashier after waiting 60 minutes for a pizza and a farinata (the clientele was already almost all served and there was no confusion). In addition to not having eaten anything, instead of apologizing, the owner charged me 14 euros for two bottles of water and a beer and yelled at me as if it were my fault. I was told that it is normal to wait an hour and that it happens in all places, let's be aware! I WILL NEVER COME BACK

R	Rosa Pujales Paradela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Foccacia with Rosmarino, thin and really tasty. And nice farinata, I prefer the classic one, with pesto is good as well, but it gets heavy to the stomach. The staff is really nice.
