★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio gusto personale é la pizza più buona di Alessandria... sono loro cliente da molti anni e hanno sempre soddisfatto le aspettative pizza croccante e ricca con una corposità unica. Una volta facevano anche dolci da asporto con un tiramisù spettacolare... ma hanno preferito specializzarsi nel salato. Molto buona anche la farinata. Utilizzano anche farine speciali come quella al kamut. È sempre un piacere fare un passo da loro. Bellissimo retrobottega dove fare degustazione ed un dehore proprio di fronte al locale
 To my personal taste it is the best pizza in Alexandria ... I have been their customer for many years and they have always met expectations crunchy and rich pizza with a unique body. Once upon a time they also made takeaway desserts with a spectacular tiramisu ... but they preferred to specialize in salty. The farinata is also very good. They also use special flours such as kamut. It is always a pleasure to take a step from them. Beautiful back room for tasting and a dehore right in front of the place

Possibilità di impasto con farina di kamut.
Ottima la farinata.
La cortesia del personale, il clima raccolto e familiare oltre la qualità degli ingredienti ne fanno un luogo ideale per una serata fra amici. In tempi di distanziamento fisico non resta che affidarsi all'asporto prendendo magari una bottiglia di vino o di birra.
Historic pizzeria in Alessandria stands out for its characteristic "pizza al tegamino" - although I personally prefer the normal, "grilled" pizza.
Possibility of dough with kamut flour.
The farinata is excellent.
The courtesy of the staff, the intimate and familiar atmosphere as well as the quality of the ingredients make it an ideal place for an evening with friends. In times of physical distancing, all that remains is to rely on take-away, perhaps taking a bottle of wine or beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulla qualità e bontà della pizza nulla da dire. La farinata invece troppo asciutta e spessa.
Se considero però di aver preso tre pizze da portare a casa molto normali (marinara diavola e pugliese con poco formaggio) e tre fette di farinata ritengo che 30 euro sia un po troppo
Nothing to say about the quality and goodness of the pizza. Farinata, on the other hand, is too dry and thick.
However, if I consider that I have taken three very normal pizzas to take home (marinara diavola and pugliese with a little cheese) and three slices of farinata I think that 30 euros is a bit too much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farinata buona, peccato per i bordi bruciati. Pizza discreta, anche se la pasta non mi ha convinto molto. Possibilità di mangiare la pizza normale o al tegamino. Particolare la birra rossa. Personale gentile, bello e pulito il dehor, prezzi nella media.
Good porridge, shame about the burnt edges. Decent pizza, although pasta didn't convince me much. Possibility to eat normal or fried pizza. Detail the red beer. Friendly staff, nice and clean dehor, average prices.
