La pizzeria " è Senza...gluten free" una scoperta carica di qualità, e visto il periodo Natalizio questa sorpresa, culinaria ci ha ridato la gioia e la speranza che le persone che lavorano bene debbano essere premiate. Beh, noi di Pizzerie ne conosciamo davvero tante in giro per l'Italia, alcune valide altre buone altre pessime e naturalmente recensite senza pietà perché dietro ad un problema reale di salute ci sono persone che si improvvisano e si approfittano lasciandoci quel senso di essere stati come dire " presi per il culo", il non essere stati rispettati perché ci si dimentica che essere celiaci non è una moda ma un serio problema di salute e davanti a queste situazioni il rispetto è basilare e se manca, io non faccio altro che ricordare a loro stessi che la loro ignoranza è un pericolo per chi è celiaco. Ma questa sera fortunata la pizza mangiata qui e' stata fantastica. L'uso attento e l'equilibrio che i pizzaioli hanno trovato nel miscelare farine diverse e non così scontate ha dato vita ad un impasto piacevole leggero e di alta digeribilita'. La scelta è vasta, e non solo per le pizze, ma anche per i dolci che con il loro fantastico "parrozzo" tipico dolce di questa zona, ci fanno apprezzare e scoprire la loro tradizione anche a noi. Ma alle 13 e 30, l'orario in cui un cristiano mangia, va in pizzeria e LA TROVA CHIUSA?. Cioè... Aprite alle 8 e mezza di mattina, quando normalmente si fa colazione ed alle 13 e 30 chiudete? In piena ora di pranzo?!?!?! Non so, se come me, altre persone hanno patito questa desolazione ed hanno pensato altresì :' Ma come si fa a chiudere l'attività ad ora di pranzo?!' . Per altro non posso dire nulla, non ho mangiato niente. Avrei desiderato assaggiare le vostre pizze senza glutinr, ma purtroppo pranzo all'una e mezza!!
