A bit frigid, basic, but very good pizzas, good staff and prices.

excellent pizza and reasonable prices. the staff are working hard, they are just disorganized with respect to those who order pizza at the table. usually whoever is at the table takes precedence over take-away. tonight we almost feared it would be quicker to call to order (take away) while we waited at the table

Tonight I ordered a 4 season pizza and a ration of fried potatoes. Ok the potatoes, but the pizza, all burnt, I threw it in the bin, too bad I spent 10 euros. Definitely, I will no longer serve in this pizzeria. I do not recommend it to everyone. We wanted pazia ,,,,, pizza is a serious thing .. meditate people, meditate.

I discovered this pizzeria by chance so I decided to try the “Novità” pizza with the burrata and I was delighted.

The service is zero and it is the most medieval of all. They do the times they want or they write that they are open until 11pm but at 20/21 there is already nobody left (it has happened to me 5 times) and this means zero care for the customer who will obviously go elsewhere. All this is absurd for a pizzeria that deserves much more customer service. Think about whether your good product deserves a medieval service that dissuades customers from giving you a second chance and makes them flee to other shores. I used to go back when I was in the area because it is one of the best in the area (despite the fact that there are several pizzerias of the same level within a radius of 3/5 km), but few have my patience, so much so that I know of several people close to me who do not they serve more here due to this absurd and reprehensible handling where they seem to be doing the customer a favor by serving him. And now they've got me too bored. After yet another screaming answer from the guy who told me to pick up a pizza on command because they were closing at 1.30pm as much as the declared closing times it's 2:30 pm Yes, because when an acquaintance of mine asked for info about the hours of operation he was just as rudely replied that they do the times they want depending on how it runs and in fact they do not respect any hours. I have NEVER dealt with an exhibitor with such a rude and ill-mannered attitude towards his work that he seems to be doing under duress. You will sell your pizza to four who ran away from home just as grumpy, peasants, medieval and disrespectful to those who feed them.

I have been their customer for a long time, the pizza is good and the products of quality, but they are distracted, Once the pizza arrives without ingredients, the second one is pure and the third one cold and overturned, if so, go to the pizzeria and everything is ok! .. They are courteous and they'll do it again but it takes them an hour to get it back ... I'm sorry but you lost a customer ...
