I had a great time in this center, super efficient and very organized also with regard to covid restrictions (in fact they do put personal goods in bags).

Mai visto nulla del genere in più di trent'anni di visite mediche per lo sport. Never seen anything like it in more than thirty years of medical examinations for sports.

Ahora cuando llegó el momento de la consulta con el médico, un "señor" mayor, muy apurado, de malos modos, cero paciencia. Soy extranjera, y mi italiano es bueno, tengo un nivel B2, mi hijo lo habla excelente, pero, el malhumorado doctor hablaba muy rápido. También dirigirse a mi hijo con un "ehh ouuu", cuando no responde rápido una pregunta, con quién piensa que habla usted? Igualmente, sepa usted doctor, que no es nadie para decirnos "si están fastidiosos terminamos la visita o vayan a otro centro" solo porque no respondemos de manera rápida a sus preguntas. Llevamos los documentos, si usted no los vió es SU PROBLEMA. Por lo visto, no soy la única persona que opina así respecto a su trato, también ví que responden con el asunto del protocolo y no respecto a su mal actuar. Usted trata con niños y adolescentes, debería ser más educado y empático, sino, creo que jubilarse sería una buena opción. Usted trabaja en un centro para la salud deportiva, y su educación no existe, a mí me trata con respeto! El centro de salud no es su casa...y yo no soy de su familia para tratarme así ... ojalá cambie de proceder, sino, seguiremos leyendo malas recomendaciones acerca de usted. No recomiendo para nada que lleven a sus hijos a éste lugar por éste doctor maleducado. Que tenga un mejor día "doctor", suerte a los pacientes que les toque atenderse con éste "Señor mayor" llamado DOCTOR. Staff molto disponibile. Lo consiglio e ritornerò sicuramente After trying multiple medical centers, this is the center that gave me more confidence, a scrupulous doctor (a bit grumpy, but very competent). Staff very helpful. I recommend it and will definitely return
D	Dorina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi visita medico sportiva per mio figlio di 13 anni.Pessima!Mai vista tanta arroganza , saccenza..privi di empatia e gentilezza verso mio figlio e nei miei confronti.. Il Dottore che l'ha visitato era maleducato e continuava a dire a mio figlio di stare dritto ..aveva le mani poggiate sul lettino perché lo stava visitando dietro le spalle, e lui con forza gliele ha prese e gliele ha poggiate sulle ginocchia e gli ha abbassato la testa con forza.Non so quale santo mi ha trattenuta!Ero incredula!Poi parliamo di protocolli covid.. Entri firmi 10.000 cose e poi ti danno un sacchetto di plastica nera dove riporre la borsa. Poi ti dicono di spegnere i cellulari..allora..vista l'arroganza con cui mi è stato detto non ho riposto la borsa al suo interno,punto primo perché troppo grande..punto secondo perché si sta arrivando alla follia..Punto terzo non sono in caserma. In una stanza vengono presi i parametri di mio figlio da un infermiera anche lei fredda glaciale e troppo approssimativa..successivamente ci chiede di aspettare prima dentro lo studio poi fuori..nel frattempo arriva un altra paziente ed entra nello stesso momento in cui noi dovevamo uscire..quindi si presume che il lettino non sia stato disinfettato ..e allora di quali protocolli parliamo????!!!
