★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15/06/2020 Sono andata a fare il certificato medico. Ho trovato al ingresso una persona molto maleducata. Mi ha parlato in un modo scortese. Un posto che sconsiglio a tutti!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A volte capita un cliente o paziente che per vari motivi non ha tutta la documentazione ed inoltre dopo varie richieste e viaggi a vuoto capita anche che altre strutture dicano : ma.e strano che non accettino fotocopie etc etc mettiamoci pure tre ore di lezione perse e anche mezza giornata di lavoro , ma trovare anche un solerte centralinista informatissimo su quello che tu non devi fare e di un educazione pari a zero allora si che la mattina e veramente persa ........riassumendo non conosco la struttura ma per essere la.prima volta che ci vado con la mia breve esperienza avuta non la consiglio assolutamente ,almeno per la prima accoglienza ........
A quanto pare come immaginavo tutto dipende dallo stato d'animo di chi accoglie l'utente , questo e quello che e stato detto ad un genitore :
" Buonasera , oggi alla visita medica a Carate non mi hanno rilasciato il certificato perché la richiesta della società deve essere in originale e non in fotocopia ... mi hanno detto che in via eccezionale me lo rilasciano se riporto la richiesta ma con almeno timbro e firma in originale. VI faccio avere la fotocopia per favore mi fate timbro e firma perché fino ad allora non mi daranno certificato . Grazie ########### "
Quindi due metri due misure ...grazie comunque per avermi fatto spendere soldi per niente ( solo per l'ottusita' e l'ignoranza di qualcuno all'ingresso )
Sometimes it happens a client or patient who for various reasons does not have all the documentation and moreover after various requests and empty trips it also happens that other structures say: but it is strange that they do not accept photocopies etc etc let's even put three hours of lessons lost and even half a day's work, but also find a diligent switchboard operator very well informed about what you must not do and an education equal to zero then yes that the morning is really lost ........ in summary I do not know the structure but for to be the first time I go there with my short experience I absolutely do not recommend it, at least for the first welcome ........
Apparently, how I imagined it all depends on the state of mind of those who welcome the user, this is what was said to a parent:
"Good evening, today at the medical examination in Carate they did not issue me the certificate because the company's request must be in original and not in photocopy ... they told me that exceptionally they will release it to me if I report the request but with at least stamp and original signature. I'll give you the photocopy please stamp and sign me because until then they won't give me a certificate. Thank you ############ "
So two meters two measures ... thanks anyway for making me spend money for nothing (just for the dullness and ignorance of someone at the entrance)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 05/10/2019 faccio la visita sportiva per il certificato agonistico, non mi viene rilasciato il certificato e mi vengono richiesti accertamenti. Porto gli esami specifici eseguiti e la Dottoressa non convinta mi rimanda ad ulteri accertamenti.
Il giorno 17/12/2019 mi arriva tramite RACCOMANDATA (POSTA) la sospesione ufficiale in attesa di giudizio, invio in seguito (Febbraio 2020) i nuovi esami con esito positivo e finalmente mi fanno sapere che il mio certificato è pronto e me lo rilasceranno.
Giorno 19/02/2020 ritiro il certificato e mi rilasciano un documento DATATO 05/10/2019.
A mio ignorante parere "illegale" questo episodio, in quanto il 05/10/2019 non essendo idonea non mi avevano rilasciato nulla. Chiamo perché sicuramente ci sarà stato un errore e mi fanno sapere che il certificato viene stampato il giorno stesso della visita, con il numero di protocollo o chissà cosa della regione Lombardia.
QUINDI ho perso 4 mesi di attività sportiva e al 19/02/2020 mi viene rilasciato un certificato che scadrà tra 8 mesi.
Sono stata anche educata, ma consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi ad altri centri per le vostre visite.
On 05/10/2019 I do the sporting visit for the competitive certificate, the certificate is not issued to me and checks are requested. I carry the specific tests performed and the unconvinced Doctor sends me to further tests.
On 17/12/2019 the official suspension awaiting trial arrives via RECOMMENDED (MAIL), I send later (February 2020) the new exams with a positive result and finally they let me know that my certificate is ready and they will issue it to me .
Day 19/02/2020 I collect the certificate and they issue me a document DATED 05/10/2019.
In my ignorant "illegal" opinion, this episode, as on 05/10/2019 not being suitable, they had not released me anything. I call because surely there will have been an error and they let me know that the certificate is printed on the day of the visit, with the protocol number or who knows what of the Lombardy region.
THEREFORE I lost 4 months of sporting activity and on 19/02/2020 I am issued a certificate that will expire in 8 months.
I was also educated, but I highly recommend going to other centers for your visits.

Poi però ho guardato con quale boria rispondete alle recensioni negative e ho capito che non è stata una giornata negativa,la vostra arroganza è probabilmente una costante e quindi ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora ho dovuto prenotare un appuntamento per un certificato agonistico.A parte il sito che non ti fa registrare appuntamento perché ti fa uscire prima di finire! Ma vogliamo parlare della arroganza e supponenza del personale??Ho chiamato perché non mi dava conferma appuntamento apriti cielo! E poi mi devo tenere un certificato dal 2017???? Altrimenti la visita è a pagamento????ma se mio figlio non ha più fatto attività??? Per fortuna è una volta l'anno devono ringraziare che sono vicino, altrimenti ciaoneee...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni porto i miei figli per l’idoneità agonistica sportiva, in genere sono stata sempre mediamente soddisfatta. Purtroppo negli ultimi due anni la pessima attività di accoglienza ha assolutamente abbassato il livello di soddisfazione. Per il secondo anno di fila mi sono trovata a dover discutere con personale arrogante, non attento alle esigenze dei pazienti in coda (ad eccezione di quelli non convenzionati, chi paga ha il tappeto rosso) e soprattutto (per me gravissimo) propensò a commentare più o meno negativamente ogni singolo paziente in ingresso o in uscita. Mi sono rivolta mio malgrado ad un centro medico privato di Cantù dove ho trovato professionalità e gentilezza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che porto i miei figli presso questo centro medico a fare le visite per l'ottenimento del certificato di buona salute per l'attività sportiva e per quello relativo all'attività agonistica.
Ci hanno sempre trattati benissimo. I documenti da presentare sono tanti, soprattutto ora in tempo di covid e quando i minori vengono accompagnati da terzi. Bisogna porre attenzione e non dimenticarsi di portarli. Le prenotazioni delle visite le online sono comode e rapide. Scelgo esattamente il giorno e l'ora che più mi aggrada, evitando quindi di far perdere ore di scuola ai ragazzi. I medici e tutto il personale sono estremamente competenti e gentili. Non posso che mettere 5 stelle e assolutamente dissento da alcune recensioni che ho letto.

They always treated us very well. There are many documents to be presented, especially now in covid time and when minors are accompanied by third parties. You have to be careful and don't forget to bring them. Online booking of visits is quick and convenient. I choose exactly the day and time that suits me best, thus avoiding making students lose school hours. The doctors and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I can only put 5 stars and I absolutely disagree with some reviews I have read.
