Pizze "alla napoletana" un po' crude, per nulla croccanti.
Darò loro una seconda chance, ma con pizze più "tradizionali"
PS di alcuni mesi dopo. Accettano SOLO prenotazioni telefoniche, niente social o altre liste SCRITTE. Il che significa prendere in mano il telefono dalle 17:50 e non mollarlo fino alle 18.30, quando sei costretto a rinunciarvi. Uno stress, un vero peccato!

A little raw "Neapolitan" pizzas, not crunchy at all.
I'll give them a second chance, but with more "traditional" pizzas
PS a few months later. They ONLY accept telephone reservations, no social networks or other WRITTEN lists. Which means picking up the phone from 5.50pm and not letting go until 6.30pm, when you have to give it up. A stress, a real shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place I dream of when I am not in Italy. A simple pizza parlor that only does that. It does it with such care and love that every pizza is good all the time. I cannot get enough of this place. You have to sit on tables out on the street but as long as the weather is good its no problem. The ingredients are always fresh and you can see and choose them as they make the pizza for you. A wonderful local secret that should not be missed.
